There is this kind gentleman who works here who is always so sweet when I come. Tonight I came, forgot to add something to my order and the lady helped me out very much. When I drove up, I apologized for my inconvenience and he told me “it’s quite alright I just hope you have a nice night tonight”. I come to this Chick-fil-A all the time because the experience is always amazing. The food is consistently great, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Every time I show up, I always ask if Nick is there because I know I’ll be greeted with a smile and treated with kindness and respect.
