This location constantly gets the order wrong. They use Door Dash for delivery then blame them and they want us to call DD and have them do another delivery (pay for it twice?!?) to get what was missing the first time

The catering staff from this location came and catered for our Team & let me tell you....just how polite they are in the restaurants, they brought the same energy here for our Team. Honestly I wish I can give the device a zero. So I placed online order, went through the online lane, asked the lady may I have water and the cherry berry drink, she said no you have to drive back and placed the order or drive up and sit and someone will help you, I'm like the only person there literally. I swear I'm done with y'all. chi fil.a I guess y'all are really established, when y'all are inconvenience your customers behind a drink order. Mind you I have a ton of points and the drink would have been free but your service has gone down a lot. The young lady then looked annoyed by me asking her.. I guess , I would just eat at Wingstop or In and out, or five guys...

Ordered a breakfast grilled chicken filet and this is what I got. It's the same size as my key fob. There's obviously something wrong with this location that needs to be addressed. I've never had any issues with portion size at any location until this morning. Damn! I want to lose weight but not that much!Update: Bre manager called and made things right. Thanks!

Really great place to eat I reccomend the number 1 with no pickles atmosphere was great it wasn’t too cold or too hot it was just right and the service was amazing they came up to me and asked if I wanted refills or if I needed anything food was fantastic really good

He went above and beyond to fix the mistake I MADE , corrected the issue and provided us with the best service possible. I recommend this chick fil a 10 out of 10 and will always be

Wow! Last night I was blown away by the friendly, efficient service that we had when we came for dinner close to 8 pm! At least 4 different workers asked how our meal was, could they get us anything else, and asked if we needed a refill! The cashier was super friendly and personable! Of course the food was just as it should be and the restaurant was clean. In an age where it’s hard to find good help, especially at a fast food restaurant, somehow they have managed to find young, enthusiastic and friendly individual to work for them! Kudos

I went through the drive thru before work around 6:30AM to get breakfast. I was the only car there and was first sent to the window to place my order because apparently I was in the mobile app lane only. This was no problem because maybe I should have paid more attention. It was when I got to the window I was sent to park in a number to PLACE my order. When the girl came to me to take my order her card reader wasn’t working. She then went back to get another one and that one wasn’t working either. So then she asked me if she could take my card inside to place the order. At this point I had already been there for almost 15 minutes and my order still wasn’t placed when they could’ve just taken my order and I paid at the window or the girl standing in the line could’ve taken it since there was not any other cars? I left because it was a very inconvenient experience and I never have these type of problems with Chick-fil-A.
