“I order from this Chick-fil-A very frequently due to having an autistic child, so consistency is extremely important for our family. While most of our orders are correct, there have been a few frustrating times like sauces being left out completely or a breakfast burrito tortilla being hard. Since I know the app order itself is correct, those moments can be disappointing having to go back through the traffic since it's difficult coming and going with their layout at this location.
That said, Brandon and Logan are outstanding managers. They are always professional, kind, and quick to correct the situation without hesitation. Their customer service truly makes a difference and is the reason we continue to come back. Overall, 9 times out of 10 our order is correct, and with a team this large, perfection every single time isn’t realistic. The leadership Brandon and Logan provide is exactly what great management should look like.“

“don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my recent visit to Chick-fil-A was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share—specifically because of the incredible service I received from an employee named Philip. In a world where fast food service is often rushed or impersonal, Philip stands out as a truly rare kind of employee: one who takes pride in his work, genuinely cares about the customer experience, and goes the extra mile with a smile that makes you feel like more than just another order number.
From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I noticed how attentively Philip was interacting with every guest he encountered. He had a calm, composed demeanor, but you could also see how much positive energy he brought to the space. He greeted everyone warmly—using eye contact, a friendly tone, and addressing guests with “sir” and “ma’am” in a way that felt natural and respectful, not robotic or forced. It’s little things like that which make a huge difference.
When it was my turn to order, Philip welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm. He didn’t just rattle off the menu or try to rush me through—I could tell he was actually listening, making suggestions where appropriate, and ensuring I had everything I needed. I asked a few questions about some of the seasonal items, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to describe the differences and even shared what some of the more popular choices were that day. He had clearly taken the time to learn not just the products but how to guide guests to the best experience possible.
Once I placed my order, I noticed that Philip didn’t just hand off the next task to someone else—he actually followed through. He made sure my order was accurate, double-checked the packaging, and even brought it to my table personally. That’s the kind of proactive service you might expect at a fine dining establishment—not a quick service restaurant. I was blown away.
But it didn’t stop there. A few minutes later, he came back around to check on me—not in an intrusive way, but just enough to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even offered to refill my drink and asked if I needed any sauces or condiments. He did all of this with the same calm, courteous, and upbeat attitude that made the whole experience feel genuinely personal.
It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency the way Philip does. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was owning it. You could see how much pride he took in representing Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, respect, and service excellence. Honestly, if I were in a position to hire for customer service training or team leadership, I would try to recruit Philip on the spot. He’s exactly the kind of person who makes a brand stronger by living out its mission in everyday interactions.
This kind of outstanding service is something I’ll remember, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue to return to this Chick-fil-A location. Philip made a routine lunch stop into something memorable. He reminded me that great service can brighten someone’s day, and that one person can truly make a difference.

“One of our favorite quick chicken places. Known for their Cane's sauce, but I recommend the honey mustard if you want a change. Both their lemonade and sweet tea have great flavors. Usually we use the drive-thru which is relatively quick.“

“I love Costa Vida! Being from Idaho, I was afraid I would never be able to enjoy Costa Vida sweet pork once I moved to Texas. I’m so glad I found this location and it doesn’t disappoint. One meal is reasonably priced and well portioned. I personally love the salads because the cilantro ranch dressing is to die for. Make sure to grab some horchata and chips & guac while you’re at it. The employees were all very nice, quick to prepare our food, and very helpful with any questions. Can’t wait to come back whenever the craving hits!“

“Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today and was impressed as always. The line was long, but they moved it fast — those drive-thru folks are pros. The chicken sandwich was crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and I love how the staff always greet you like they actually mean it. The lemonade tasted extra fresh too. Fun fact: they hand-stretch their dough for biscuits daily. I’d give my visit a 10/10 for kindness and flavor.“

“I went to the store on Broad in Mansfield, TX. I would like to say Misty took my order at the drive through today. Today my wife was evaluated with a terminal illness. It was extremely uplifting having Misty being congenial. Misty was extremely courteous and helpful with the menu orders. It’s not often that I would write an evaluation of an employee however Misty has the right attitude working with the public. Please hire more people like Misty. Thank you and God Bless.“

“I did an order through DoorDash and the burger was fantastic. You can tell they take great care with their grill and everything is fresh and warm at delivery. The staff was friendly when I called my phone.
They also included the iconic peppermint with my order, which I greatly appreciate“

“I have consistently enjoyed my experiences at Qdoba Mexican Eats, and it remains one of my preferred options for a quick and flavorful meal. The food quality is generally very good, and I appreciate the variety of ingredients and customization options available. Each visit typically meets my expectations for taste and freshness, which is why I keep coming back.
However, there is one area where I believe there is room for improvement—portion consistency, particularly when it comes to the rice. On occasion, the serving size can feel somewhat limited, which can be disappointing given that I am paying approximately $12 for a plate. At that price point, I would expect the portions to be consistent and reflective of the value, regardless of the visit or staff member preparing the meal.
Despite this inconsistency, my overall impression of Qdoba remains positive. The quality of the food, the convenience, and the overall dining experience continue to outweigh this concern. With a bit more attention to portion consistency, the experience would be even more exceptional and fully align with the price and expectations.“

“I'm not sure if this is the one but even if it isn't I want it known that I was sent to a McDonald's to pick up an order through DoorDash as I'm a driver and the app had sent me either to the wrong McDonald's or McDonald's didn't receive the order that the platform has said was there either way I want it known that a supervisor or a lead person stated that the order was not there but took the order straight from the phone and made it personally herself expediently as possible so as to ensure the customers order would be on time and I wish to thank them and thank her for her for her good customer service thank you should I do believe it was this one if I'm not mistaken thank you for much for your hard work“

“I ordered a medium pan pizza with light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, 1/2 pineapple extra crispy and it was perfect. Made just the way I wanted it. And the manager Donna was awesome. She is the one who took my order. She even brought the pizza out to my car with a smile and I didn’t do curb side. More employees need to be like her.“
