We have been steady and happy customers of this Golden Chick location. However, we ordered a 20 piece with fries, okra and corn nuggets in January and the food was terrible. The chicken was dry and hard, the fried okra tasted old, and the fries were nasty. We normally love, love, love their fries, but not anymore!I stopped by with the food the next day and told the assistant manager how dissatisfied we were. Food was very fresh & hot. You could tell the grease was fresh. The customer service was horrible. Very unprofessional. That will keep ppl from returning & the word WILL spread. I was trying to DEstress, on my lunch break. That trip didn't help.

The food is always hot and good. The service is always great as well. Angela is super friendly, and always makes sure things are running smooth behind the counter. This is definitely a lunch go-to place for me.
