Great customer service! I completed an automated email survey regarding my order and had a representative actually call me that day for more feedback. This just shows me that they stand behind their food and listen to their customers. Great job and kudos to Cheryl for her dedication to Mr. Jim's.
This pizza is great! I have no clue why the reviews are so bad. I would recommend picking it up, but I haven't tried it delivered yet.
Got a sticky fingers pizza. It was tasty with sufficient ingredients and properly cooked. The drive through worker was courteous.

MrJims.Pizza is a popular local pizza restaurant known for its delicious and satisfying offerings. The pizza crust is praised for its tasty and flavorful quality, especially the hand-tossed option with garlic/parm crust, which is a favorite among customers. The cheese and sauce also receive high marks, with ample toppings that meet the expectations of many. Customers enjoy the option of adding garlic butter to the crust for an extra flavor boost, and the garlic sauce is a hit for dipping. The BBQ wings are described as meaty, although the sauce may not be to everyone's taste. The restaurant is considered a go-to choice for comfort food that consistently hits the spot. Customers appreciate that the dough is made in-house, contributing to the freshness of the food. While the overall dining experience is positive, one customer has encountered an issue with the attitude of a specific staff member regarding additional toppings. However, other employees, including a polite staff member with a ghost tattoo, have provided excellent customer service. The restaurant is known for being clean, and orders are delivered hot and fresh, making it a reliable choice for families looking for a quality meal.
