Making a reservation for a large party well in advance, then confirming the reservation on the day of the event, makes no difference. Arriving on time with your complete party, only to learn that your reservation was “lost,” then requesting to speak to a manager TWICE to no avail, is a frustrating experience to say the least. We eat here every week. The staff is so friendly as they treat us like family. The food is consistent and so yummy! Not to mention the great margarita selection.
