We came in today for a Sourdough Jack meal and received some of the best customer service we’ve had at this location in quite a while! Donte provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly, was very professional, and made sure to ask if we needed any additional condiments or anything else with our order. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out.

The lady in the drive thru was rude and impatient had to keep repeating myself n when we told her to hold on she said whatever and gave the headset to a boy we called multiple times over 10 times no answer to get refund we got charged for stuff that wasn’t even made correctly drinks were wrong I work very late and hard for my money to be able to buy food just for people like that to be rude messing up my food not a good establishment
