I ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes and never had a car hop bring me my food. I had to go get it from the drive thru. Food was cold my dog on the chili dog looked old.I believe they were understaffed.On a good note the young lady blonde in the drive thru a very polite and friendly.
Decent, for a reason unknown it took a lil long for 2 drinks to come out, when put the order in before we arrived. How do you send me a reply and want me to send one back to on a unsecured network.

Ordered from the Sonic app and when we arrived they were bringing it out to the vehicle within one minute. I'd say that's great customer service and the car hop she was very nice and polite. The poor girl even came back to us with someone else's drinks and we had a good laugh so great service and a sense of humor. I had a Reece's Blast the only thing is not enough Reece's but was still delicious.
