“Every time I come here Janiya is working hard and my order is always right. She clearly cares, which isn’t something you see from everyone else. She deserves recognition for actually doing her job right sadly I can’t say the same for the others.“

“This place has all the Mexican treats you love. Churros, agua frescas, ice cream, mangonadas, and lots more. They have board games to play, the staff is very sweet and helpful. The popsicles are delicious! Glad we found this place because I like supporting small family businesses. Great alternative to chain fast food 🫶“

“If I could give a 10 star I would. I’m very overly satisfied with my purchase and the service!!! love the attention to customer and how patient even after hours because I went in at 8:58 the nice young lady wasn’t rushing me or anything like in many ice cream places I’ve been. Will be coming back for sure despite the 40 min drive from my house it’s so worth it so tasty and you can tell it was made with love. 🍨 💙“

“Great dessert! Customer service needs to improve.“

“Súper recomendable y sano“

“Came in today to get a couple of quick grocery items and I was lost and thought wondering if I had gotten everything I needed to for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party tomorrow and ended up in a conversation with Jayme at the register when he asked me how my day was going. He actually gave me the impression that he wanted to truly know how my day was going which is a rare quality and young people these days. We got to talking and he actually calmed my nerves and gave me some great advice. What a gem that one. That boy has a good head on his shoulders. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.“

“Her cookies are amazing and I don’t review anything but her cookies was so freaking good she got her a new regular customer“

“I did an order through DoorDash and the burger was fantastic. You can tell they take great care with their grill and everything is fresh and warm at delivery. The staff was friendly when I called my phone.
They also included the iconic peppermint with my order, which I greatly appreciate“

“My Team at smoothie king hit a major milestone in sales on Monday and I wanted to treat my team to a cake from great American cookie. Went to the Grand Prairie location and they messed up on my cake big time! Looked extremely off and they misspelled “Congratulations”. So I decided to get another cake from the Mansfield location and I am very pleased with the customer service and cake designs. I will continue to keep coming to this location ever time I need a cake . Shout out to Christina and her amazing team for helping me celebrate with my staff. 10/10“

“Stopped in tonight for a few chocolates and some ice cream. We had the best time with the 3 gentlemen working tonight! Felt like we got dinner and a show. Truly some of the best customer service and personalities I’ve experienced at a restaurant in a really long time. We left with smiles on our faces. I needed that after a very long day at work. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!“
