“My wife & come to the drive thru here pretty often. We usually are just getting a shake ,& a malt. Very often, after patiently waiting behind several cars we are told to pull forward & wait for our order, even when there is no one behind us. It's irritating because they are probably just playing games with the timer that measures their speed at the drive thru. Their food is good but service at the drive thru is like McDonalds.

Update- It appears there has been a change in management & personnel. Our last several trips have been quite pleasant. All the frowning people are gone, replaced by people that seem to care. I'm upping my rating from 3 to 5 stars.“

We normally buy our paletas in Fort Worth, where we can buy almost 2 dozen for what we've paid the last couple of times here. The corn in a cup is decent, for being canned.“

“I’ve come here many times because I live 1 minute away. I’ve come when it’s jam backed and when it’s been empty. The staff is always hard working! Though some might be young and a little new to the service industry, they are hard working and always give me better service than would be expected for a fast food establishment. The managers often appear on the floor and are working hard alongside their employees. I try not to eat out much, and I try to eat healthy, but this Braums is run so dang well! “Stopped by this frutería in Arlington and honestly everything was super fresh and really good. The fruit tasted fresh, the portions were big, and the service was really friendly. “Huge shoutout to Pudgy's Snowcones for saving the day at our middle school soccer event! We had a massive crowd of players and families, but their mobile unit handled the rush like total pros.
Honestly, I was a little worried about the long lines, but the Pudgy’s team was so fast and friendly that it wasn't an issue at all. They really went above and beyond to make sure every kid (and parent!) walked away with a smile. It’s rare to find a vendor that’s this easy to work with and actually delivers on the hype.
If you’re planning any kind of event and want a hit, hire these guys. We’ll definitely be having them back for the next season. Thanks again for taking such good care of our teams!“

“I stopped by on February 25 around 9 PM and had such a great experience! The lady working there was incredibly sweet and provided excellent customer service. She suggested the faooda shake and even upsold us on trying another one. I ended up getting the pink one for my wife and the malai flavor for me. Both were absolutely delicious!

You can really tell she cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. The shakes were fresh, flavorful, and totally worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!“

“Braum's has some of the greatest tasting and inexpensive ice cream in the city. Just recently I tried their food and went with tenders and fries. I gave their Braum's sauce a shot and was blown away by how great everything was.

My favorite story involved me ordering two chicken tender meals with large fries and my credit card would not work. I knew ai had enough money in my account but the machine kept declining the purchase. I had to leave to make it back to work and my cashier had left to speak to his manager. 2 minutes later he returned with his manager and he said not to worry about anything, he had it covered.

I couldn't believe he did that, I felt so blessed and overwhelmed. I thanked everyone a few too many times, but man that sat with me for several days.
