“One of my kids is currently collecting ducks, the other requested a visit, and I had the Keller Chamber Holiday Passport card for #LoyalToLocal, so naturally I planned a visit (yes, we have to make a special trip, we do NOT live close). Sadly we made it shortly before closing, but the customer service was still top notch. Also, the owner is my kind of business owner - she was mopping the floors herself when I walked in, and knew my business had tagged hers recently. We ordered some special treats that were of course delicious, entered the raffle for the Advent calendar (guessing we didn’t win), and got my Passport card stamped. “I first had Sweet Frog when I lived in the DC area. I was so excited when we moved to DFW to see that sweet frog is here! Unfortunately I’d been to a couple other locations that weren’t great. (Seemed like they weren’t cared for, messy topping area and the frozen yogurt was runny and not cold enough, dining room not kept up on either.) HOWEVER this Keller location is AMAZING and exactly as Sweet Frog should be! Luckily we live very close and come all the time!“

“This cute lil shop is painted in bright pretty colors. They have snacks, drinks, fruit, snow cones, ice cream, everything! There were 5 of us in our party and we all 5 got different treats. The ladies working were very patient and gracious. My only regret is not taking lots of pictures to share (It was late and my phone died,) because every was so beautiful and tasty. My husband's mangonada was delicious, and my watermelon aguafresca was the best one I've had... ever. When we visit north fort worth again for any reason, im going back to get another aguafresca.“

“I’ve come here many times because I live 1 minute away. I’ve come when it’s jam backed and when it’s been empty. The staff is always hard working! Though some might be young and a little new to the service industry, they are hard working and always give me better service than would be expected for a fast food establishment. The managers often appear on the floor and are working hard alongside their employees. I try not to eat out much, and I try to eat healthy, but this Braums is run so dang well! I’ve come here over 50 times now and I gotta say, I’m not stopping! Cheers to every single worker at this location“

“I had such a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! The cookies were fresh and seriously some of the best I’ve had. The flavors tasted amazing. What really made the visit stand out though was the blonde girl working there. She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun, and you can tell she really cares about customers. Definitely coming back!“

She was super nice and she actually said I can clock n a little earlier to help you with your order. What? That never happens n this world. She was so helpful and Kind, then her coworker friend Lillain(i think) she was super helpful and sweet as well. Because Chloes kindness and also Lillian. I will b back many times. “Today we visited La Michoacana Premium and were attended by Wendy, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. This is a refreshing place that feels as if it came straight out of a children's storybook because of its incredible variety of treats and colorful options. You can find candies, flavored waters, popsicles, fresh fruits, vegetables, and many other delicious items to enjoy. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and perfect for spending time with family or friends. It is a place full of flavor, variety, and a unique charm that makes the experience memorable.“

“We went last night for an ice cream. It was packed but they served us quickly. Very clean store, I usually hate watching them make my ice cream. The ice cream station was very clean. There was a worker cleaning inside the trashcan even. I give it 6 stars if I could. It is rare to see such a clean store!“

“My wife & come to the drive thru here pretty often. We usually are just getting a shake ,& a malt. Very often, after patiently waiting behind several cars we are told to pull forward & wait for our order, even when there is no one behind us. It's irritating because they are probably just playing games with the timer that measures their speed at the drive thru. Their food is good but service at the drive thru is like McDonalds.

Update- It appears there has been a change in management & personnel. Our last several trips have been quite pleasant. All the frowning people are gone, replaced by people that seem to care. I'm upping my rating from 3 to 5 stars.“

“I recently tried Crumbl Cookies, and I totally get the hype. The first thing that stood out was how soft and fresh the cookies were—they’re served warm, and you can really taste the quality. The flavors rotate every week, which makes it fun to try something new each time instead of getting bored with the same options.

Some flavors were definitely better than others, but even the ones I didn’t love were still good. The cookies are pretty big and rich, so sharing is honestly the way to go unless you have a serious sweet tooth. My personal favorite was the classic chocolate chip—it’s simple but done really well.

The only downside is the price. They’re more expensive than your average cookie, but for the size and quality, it kind of makes sense. Overall, it’s a great place to go if you want a treat that feels a little more special than your usual dessert.“

Behind the counter always looks clean, just the tables are usually messy but they do get a lot of traffic so don't know if it's an effort thing or just futile to keep it clean with so many people going through.“

“Only reason I’m giving a five star review is because Grey he was working so hard last night 5/13/26 He made Sundays and Candy Mixes perfectly, he was cleaning floors, then when I had to check out a few things in the store section he checked me out at the register. He was constantly working to get everything done and with a sweet positive attitude! Thank You Grey for taking care of us, working hard with such kindness and drive. You definitely stand out otherwise i probably wouldn’t even sent a review at all or gave about a 3 because of other things that were not pleasant that evening, but you going above and beyond made up for your co workers etc. outstanding work and you were very much appreciated last night!
