Face reefer doors to the building and back up to the yellow line and stop. They have no dock but these guys do not mess around with unloading VERY fast.“

“Tried the pickle fries and yeah no, not ever again, I mean they were shaped like fries but soggy as hell. I order a foot long chili cheese coney as well and the hot was burned on both ends and instead of getting the normal regular old footlong hot dog bun I got my footlong with 2 regular hotdog buns 🤣 like wtf? My husband got corn dogs burned AF. We had to cook my son's grilled cheese at home because the bread wasn't toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. Who doesn't love ice cream, especially during this summer Texas heat?

I've stopped by here a few times over the past few months. It's nice. I usually get the cone and they do this cool little petal shape thing with the cream that makes it look like a flower. Really aesthetically pleasing.

Taste is good too - haven't been displeased with any of the flavors, and they do allow you to mix and match up to... three(?)... I think.

If anything, the flavors they do offer are kinda... meh. There's no Cookies N Cream or even Orange Sherbert. Not even a Peanut Butter & Chocolate flavor.
You get Vanilla, Tiramisu, Lemon, Lime, Pistachio, and some others (usually fruity ones). Definitely some unique flavors, but not something I'm interested in.

Biggest disappointment though - I ordered a simple vanilla milkshake. What I got was this piddly little cup and a cinnamon stick. Now, the shake tasted fine - no problem there, but for nearly $10, I expected at least a moderately bigger size. Hell, the standard gelato cone costs about the same and gives you more bang for your buck.

It's good, and I do recommend this place, but the flavors aren't quite my tempo and the milkshake sizing is... unusual.“

Sadly we made it shortly before closing, but the customer service was still top notch. Also, the owner is my kind of business owner - she was mopping the floors herself when I walked in, and knew my business had tagged hers recently. We ordered some special treats that were of course delicious, entered the raffle for the Advent calendar (guessing we didn’t win), and got my Passport card stamped. “I had such a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! The cookies were fresh and seriously some of the best I’ve had. The flavors tasted amazing. What really made the visit stand out though was the blonde girl working there. She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. “I would love to gatekeep this place but I feel like the cat is out of the bag. The owner is incredibly humble and the nicest person I have ever met (even while attending a very busy establishment). Long wait times are sometimes/often an occurrence but we're no quitters and it's worth it. Corn in a cup or on the cob are the best! The raspados are also good especially the natural flavors like the home made Tamarindo flavor. Highly recommend, every visit even with the wait times are 10/10.“

The past two times we have come (in as many weeks) we have received subpar service…..tonight it was actually rude. My husband walked to the window to pick up our order and was greeted with ‘What do you want/why are you here’ . He is too nice to say anything and just explained he was there to pick up our chili dogs (we placed the order online). While eating our dessert, my spoon broke, so I walked up to the window to get a new spoon and the young woman who slid the door open hurriedly and asked me ‘what do you need ma’am”. I was truly shocked at her tone and the choice of words. After a few seconds I revived and told her ‘that was an interesting to ask if you can help a customer’. “I first had Sweet Frog when I lived in the DC area. I was so excited when we moved to DFW to see that sweet frog is here! Unfortunately I’d been to a couple other locations that weren’t great. (Seemed like they weren’t cared for, messy topping area and the frozen yogurt was runny and not cold enough, dining room not kept up on either.) Have never been in their brick & mortar , I’ve only seen this brand at grocery stores . They carry a LARGE. selection of vegan & vegan toppings . I was happy to see they disclose calorie counts and nutrition facts so you know exactly what you’re getting into .. or not getting into .

“This place is real find. It has popsicles that are just as good or better than the gourmet pop shops at a third or less of the price. It is not as "nice" as the high style, high design pop shops as it is mostly a wholesale store, used to supply the guys who sell pops out of their bikes. But why pay 300% more for decor? La Flor's pops are fresh, made in Fort Worth, with great natural flavors and real ingredients. Highly recommended for folks who want a high quality treat for a great price.“

“Sugar Llamas is hands down one of my favorite donut spots! Their mini donuts are always fresh, soft, and so flavorful, and there are so many options. My box had powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, cinnamon sugar, and my absolute favorite, the cinnamon roll. It's warm and sweet with the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar and icing drizzle. Getting a mix is the way to go so you can try a little of everything!

The employees are some of the kindest people. They're always welcoming, patient, and happy to help. The shop itself has such a cute, cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to grab a treat and hang out for a bit.
