Customers ordered two one scoop waffle cones and a large elote to share, and everything was so flavorful and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided amazing service. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty treat. Workers are friendly and help try each ice cream flavor before purchase, always smiling and willing to serve. Sol Dia has the best tasting and most unique flavors. Amazing Mexican ice cream with authentic flavors and great quality. Everything tastes fresh, and the staff is super friendly. A new location in Watauga is closer and has seating and more spacious. The agua de coco is delicious, and the mangonada loca is a favorite. The churro sundae with Mexican vanilla ice cream, churro bites, whipped cream, shredded coconut, pecans, and caramel was not a disappointment. Best dessert in a long time, hands‑down. Definitely recommend this place!
