“Under new ownership! The change is amazing and definitely noticeable. A much needed new scene for Watauga. Very welcoming and inviting for any age groups. They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“

“One of my kids is currently collecting ducks, the other requested a visit, and I had the Keller Chamber Holiday Passport card for #LoyalToLocal, so naturally I planned a visit (yes, we have to make a special trip, we do NOT live close). Sadly we made it shortly before closing, but the customer service was still top notch. Also, the owner is my kind of business owner - she was mopping the floors herself when I walked in, and knew my business had tagged hers recently. We ordered some special treats that were of course delicious, entered the raffle for the Advent calendar (guessing we didn’t win), and got my Passport card stamped. “I first had Sweet Frog when I lived in the DC area. I was so excited when we moved to DFW to see that sweet frog is here! Unfortunately I’d been to a couple other locations that weren’t great. (Seemed like they weren’t cared for, messy topping area and the frozen yogurt was runny and not cold enough, dining room not kept up on either.) HOWEVER this Keller location is AMAZING and exactly as Sweet Frog should be! Luckily we live very close and come all the time!“

“3 / 5 ⭐️stars due to poor customer service Curlys has become one of our favorite spots for an ice cream (custard) treat or a chili dog. The past two times we have come (in as many weeks) we have received subpar service…..tonight it was actually rude. My husband walked to the window to pick up our order and was greeted with ‘What do you want/why are you here’ . He is too nice to say anything and just explained he was there to pick up our chili dogs (we placed the order online). While eating our dessert, my spoon broke, so I walked up to the window to get a new spoon and the young woman who slid the door open hurriedly and asked me ‘what do you need ma’am”. I was truly shocked at her tone and the choice of words. After a few seconds I revived and told her ‘that was an interesting to ask if you can help a customer’. She gave me the spoon and screamed out the name for the next person. I asked what her name was before we left and found out her name was Michelle. Not sure of the woman‘s name who spoke to my husband rudely.“

“I’ve come here many times because I live 1 minute away. I’ve come when it’s jam backed and when it’s been empty. The staff is always hard working! Though some might be young and a little new to the service industry, they are hard working and always give me better service than would be expected for a fast food establishment. The managers often appear on the floor and are working hard alongside their employees. I try not to eat out much, and I try to eat healthy, but this Braums is run so dang well! “We went last night for an ice cream. It was packed but they served us quickly. Very clean store, I usually hate watching them make my ice cream. The ice cream station was very clean. There was a worker cleaning inside the trashcan even. I give it 6 stars if I could. It is rare to see such a clean store!“

“My wife & come to the drive thru here pretty often. We usually are just getting a shake ,& a malt. Very often, after patiently waiting behind several cars we are told to pull forward & wait for our order, even when there is no one behind us. It's irritating because they are probably just playing games with the timer that measures their speed at the drive thru. Their food is good but service at the drive thru is like McDonalds.

Update- It appears there has been a change in management & personnel. Our last several trips have been quite pleasant. All the frowning people are gone, replaced by people that seem to care. I'm upping my rating from 3 to 5 stars.“

“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again. “I ordered take out today for my son and I and his app would let me put for it to be ready by 10:30 am, but my app would not let me pick that time and I needed to pick up the orders at the same time, but i went ahead and placed the order like that. I called and Jesús was fabulous and let me pick it up about the same time as my son's even though the app said noon. Thank you for working with me!!“
