50 Best Ice Cream Shops near Saginaw

“Todo riquísimo 😋 excelente servicio. Definitivamente tengo que romper la dieta otra ves.“

“It’s a fast food drive-thru with car-hop service. Kind of retro service, like a 50s drive-in. Garbage beef in the burgers. No bargains here except maybe the All American Hot Dog. Girl at the drive-thru window was very sweet and accommodating“

“I love this place. The owner is so friendly and nice and the ice cream is just awesome! They have the old school snow cones with the crunchy ice that I absolutely love. Me and my grandkids are regulars here. Give them a try if you haven’t already. You wont be disappointed!“

“Delicious. Very friendly and attentive. We’ll be coming back often!“

“We love this place! It’s our must stop after church. The staff has always been super sweet. We love their Italian ice 🫶🏼 the birthday cake is one of our favorites!“

“Always my go-to spot when I get the craving for a sweet treat. And will always highly recommend this place!“

“I stopped by Tom’s Donuts at 5:00 a.m., and I can honestly say they lived up to the hype. The atmosphere was welcoming, the customer service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly, even that early in the morning.

I don’t usually spend much time in this area, but I had heard that Tom’s Donuts was one of the best donut shops in town, and they absolutely did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Every bite was soft, flavorful, and worth the visit.

If you’re looking for great donuts and exceptional service, Tom’s Donuts is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“My kids love going and I enjoy taking them bc them mom gets to enjoy a lower calorie / sugar delicious treat too!“

“We love it here, so much to choose from.“

“One of my kids is currently collecting ducks, the other requested a visit, and I had the Keller Chamber Holiday Passport card for #LoyalToLocal, so naturally I planned a visit (yes, we have to make a special trip, we do NOT live close). Sadly we made it shortly before closing, but the customer service was still top notch. Also, the owner is my kind of business owner - she was mopping the floors herself when I walked in, and knew my business had tagged hers recently. We ordered some special treats that were of course delicious, entered the raffle for the Advent calendar (guessing we didn’t win), and got my Passport card stamped. Support local, support small, and enjoy this fun place with yummy flavors of ice cream and cute ducks for keepsakes!“

“amazing service. clean space and good ice cream“

“Melts is a happy place to be with the best products. They make their own ice cream, have seasonal flavors, happy employees, and their shakes are the best.“

“My grandson really likes the root beer and my other liked the cookies and cream yum 😋“

“I would love to gatekeep this place but I feel like the cat is out of the bag. The owner is incredibly humble and the nicest person I have ever met (even while attending a very busy establishment). Long wait times are sometimes/often an occurrence but we're no quitters and it's worth it. Corn in a cup or on the cob are the best! The raspados are also good especially the natural flavors like the home made Tamarindo flavor. Highly recommend, every visit even with the wait times are 10/10.“

“I first had Sweet Frog when I lived in the DC area. I was so excited when we moved to DFW to see that sweet frog is here! Unfortunately I’d been to a couple other locations that weren’t great. (Seemed like they weren’t cared for, messy topping area and the frozen yogurt was runny and not cold enough, dining room not kept up on either.) HOWEVER this Keller location is AMAZING and exactly as Sweet Frog should be! Luckily we live very close and come all the time!“

“Amazing snow cones! They are the best we’ve ever had.“

“Delicious frozen custard 🍮“

“Crumbl is a fun treat when you're craving something sweet. The cookies are definitely rich, so a little goes a long way, which makes them great for sharing. I especially like that they rotate flavors every week because there's always something new to try. The changing menu keeps it interesting and gives me a reason to come back and see what's next.
Tip: If you're not sure which flavor to get, split a few cookies with family or friends so you can try more than one! 🍪“

“The elote and sundae were delicious, just as good as the 5-star average recommended. I was a little hard at hearing but the customer service was helpful and made sure my order was right.

5 stars, would break my cut again.“

“Absolutely delicious and refreshing treats for both kids and adults! We ordered two one scoop waffle cones and a large elote to share, and everything was so flavorful and fresh. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to come back and try more items from the menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided amazing service. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a tasty treat!“

“Our go to place anytime we need a refreshing snack! We drive 25 minutes to get here but sooo worth it! Amazing customer service, really quiet, chill place for some laughs with the kiddos ❤️“

“So excited to see this place !
Have never been in their brick & mortar , I’ve only seen this brand at grocery stores . They carry a LARGE. selection of vegan & vegan toppings . I was happy to see they disclose calorie counts and nutrition facts so you know exactly what you’re getting into .. or not getting into .

Planet EARTH is a must try for vegans !
Please add this to regular menu .

The great part about this location is they’re open late till 11pm.“

“Such a fun spot for an ice cream treat! Go explore the stockyards and save room for Melt ice cream! They have delicious flavors and some fun merch that you can get. Highly recommend getting your scoop of ice cream in a come. 🍦“

“It's's a cute little place with great customer service and yummy treats. 😋😁“

“Went there for the first time ever after living here for several years. I am disappointed it took this long for us to try it out. The prices are decent and the portions are fantastic. We will definitely be back.“

“3 / 5 ⭐️stars due to poor customer service Curlys has become one of our favorite spots for an ice cream (custard) treat or a chili dog. The past two times we have come (in as many weeks) we have received subpar service…..tonight it was actually rude. My husband walked to the window to pick up our order and was greeted with ‘What do you want/why are you here’ . He is too nice to say anything and just explained he was there to pick up our chili dogs (we placed the order online). While eating our dessert, my spoon broke, so I walked up to the window to get a new spoon and the young woman who slid the door open hurriedly and asked me ‘what do you need ma’am”. I was truly shocked at her tone and the choice of words. After a few seconds I revived and told her ‘that was an interesting to ask if you can help a customer’. She gave me the spoon and screamed out the name for the next person. I asked what her name was before we left and found out her name was Michelle. Not sure of the woman‘s name who spoke to my husband rudely.“

“The build-your-home Jackhammer tasted just like an Almond Joy. 👍“

“Got me a fresh waffle cone with my baseball nut!🥰☺️☺️ thanks for suggestion from the manager. Great service“

“Such an amazing snow cone place! Just the service you receive goes a long away. Not to mean ruin the outstanding shaved ice. The consistency is perfect. The prices are great! There are soo many flavors to choose from. Wedding cake will always be my favorite tho! 🍧⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Great service and experience for our social event!“

“Absolute best ice cream! The dunkaroos is the best ice cream I’ve EVER had and wish it was permanent. The cookies, cookies and cream is also top notch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Ok so I was in line, there was a nice girl named Chloe ahead of me, she works there. I asked her a few questions, since I haven't been to braum n 25 years. She was super nice and she actually said I can clock n a little earlier to help you with your order. What? That never happens n this world. She was so helpful and Kind, then her coworker friend Lillain(i think) she was super helpful and sweet as well. Because Chloes kindness and also Lillian. I will b back many times. What an amazing store and staff. I was blown away Chloe did that. Anyways thanku ladies, yall made my day, and Because of yall, I will spend much more money n the future. Hope the management realizes how great these 2 young ladies r. Food is always good and cheap. Last shout out. Christy at the checkout line. Amazing lady as well. Super kind. Thanku ladies and braums for incredible visit“

“The triple-shot BREVE has become my go-to drink from FCB. Love it! Always a friendly and clean establishment.“

“Both beautiful and delicious small cakes. I am already anxious to go back for more and going to check out their creamery as well. I got these cakes as a gift and before I posted to visit this family run business I tasted one and so did my husband. I am always very honest, and the cakes were very delicious“

“We love this place! Probably not a good thing for our waistlines, but we're here every week 🥰😋“

“Stopped in with my kiddos for a fun midday summer break treat. We had had some donuts from them at an event a week or two prior and I was surprised that donuts could be that good, so I thought this would be a nice treat. Initially, I found it hard to order because I’m used to choosing a donut out of a case, but after kind of randomly picking a couple of options I see that you can’t really go wrong with any of the choices. To say I was blown away was an understatement. I am a big donut fan and I didn’t even know they could be THIS GOOD. My kids don’t really have many standards when it comes to sugar but even they could tell the difference. My littlest actually said how amazing they were probably twenty times! We underestimated how many we needed (we got 12 for 4 of us) and we actually ordered 12 more, which was plenty. I fell on the sword and ate the ones the kids couldn’t finish. These are described as mini donuts but I found them more to be donut hole sized, a one bite thing. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and worth the cost! The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, we felt very welcomed and we even stayed and played one of the games they had. It was a very pleasant stop for me and the kids (and many times together 24/7 this summer are anything but pleasant, so that’s saying a lot!). It’s a little far from us or I think we’d be back weekly, but we’ll definitely recommend and be back when we can!“

“😀Great Flavors and just the right amount of ice.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Duck Donuts is absolutely amazing! Their donuts are always fresh, delicious, and made just the way you like them. The variety of flavors and toppings makes every visit exciting. On top of that, the service is excellent—friendly, fast, and welcoming every time. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a warm, made-to-order treat!“

“I have an allergy to peanuts. When we told the employees about it they opened a new container of ice cream for me to avoid cross contamination. Then when they gave us forks, they opened a new package of forks. I appreciate the care that they gave us. Kudo! The employees were a young man and a young lady. WILL BE BACK!“

“Amazing popsicle & great customer service!“

“They have amazing drinks and pastries and a wonderful homey atmosphere. Everything to love about a locally owned business and coffee! ☕️ Who could ask for more?“

“Under new ownership! The change is amazing and definitely noticeable. A much needed new scene for Watauga. Very welcoming and inviting for any age groups. They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“

“Edit came here a third time. Can I give this place more than 5 stars?!? This place deserves it! Even if they sometime make mistakes they take care of you and then some this is now my home mooyah. Thank you for opening this location and not too far from my house too!

When we went here the first time the manager(?) went above and the expected and was really really pleasent
I would suggest getting some sun shades for the afternoon tho. On my second visit it was around 6 and by the end on our meal the sun was chasing me in further into the wall to not be blinded.
It also sucked that the 2nd time I was really hoping to try the s'mores shake only to find out it was out of stock“

“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again. We will be back for sure.“

“First time here and wow…I’m impressed! The food was super fresh and sooo good—we had cucumber locos, corn in a cup, and a frappe, and every bite hit the spot. The vibe was awesome with great music playing, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back for round two-highly recommend!“

“Fun and unique weekly desserts!“

“great snow cones and great fruit cups“

“First time trying this place, I rate the food a 6 of 10. The fresas con crema nothing special about them tasted like the ones I make at home. The cochinadas was good just felt the chips were a little stale, other than that pretty good place to get some snacks.“

“Best Chicago Style Popcorn that I have had and I know good popcorn because I am from Chicago! Try the Extra Cheese and Buttery Caramel and you will go back for more!!“

“Easy delivery here. Truck entrance is on the corner of Parrish and kings hwy. plenty of room swing wide to get in plenty of room inside to turn a reefer around. Face reefer doors to the building and back up to the yellow line and stop. They have no dock but these guys do not mess around with unloading VERY fast.“
