Based on the reviews, Crumbl offers new cookie options every week, which is great for indecisive people. The classic cookies are also great. The variety of choices is loved, and one cookie is enough to be savory and sweet. Cookies like "Confetti Cake" & "Confetti Milkshake" are mentioned. The customer service is amazing, great, and spot on with a smile. The staff is the sweetest, kind, and patient, getting orders done fast. The store is very clean with kid-friendly music. Parking takes only a few seconds. The location is often very busy, but it is a go-to spot with familiar faces. However, the traditional chocolate chip cookie is underwhelming, and choices should be saved for something else.
