“I came in to order paletas for our warehouse and they had no problem setting aside 150 paletas for me, and they even provided dry ice to keep them from melting in this well over 100 degree heat. These people rock! I will make sure to seek them out again for paletas, they were soon good!“

Ask him to remake it with fresh brownies so you can experience just a minute amount of potential Brahms actually has whether or not they’re going to agree to freshly make you a brownie is a different story.“

“This was my first experience at Dippin Dots and it was delicious. I’ve seen the cart there at the outlets for years but did not try it until now. The associate was friendly and gave me a sample of the Dr. Pepper flavor to try. I ended up going with the cookies n cream flavor and it did not disappoint. As of June 2026 the Dippin Dots cart is located between Perry Ellis and Lids Locker Room. Can’t wait to come back and try their other flavors.“

He really went above and beyond. He also gave me $5 off after I mentioned having a bad experience at another location, which I really appreciated.

Joshua was also very polite and helpful. The employees at this location genuinely take care of their customers and make the experience fast and easy. Plus, the chicken sandwich here is SO much bigger and better than the Dallas Uptown location. I would honestly recommend this Shake Shack over Chick-fil-A any day!“
