“Best snow cones ever! Everyone else has "sleet-cones". The ice is in tiny chunks. But this is actually just like snow. Ugh....I've talked myself into going to get one today!!!! Enjoy...I know I will!! (Arlington location...don't know about the rest)“

“My visits to Braums over the last few years haven’t been great and I’ve stayed away from the stores since 2025. We went 2 weeks ago and it was the same experience but decided to try again tonight and I had the pleasure of being served by Bryson. Kudos to his parents for a job well done. This young man was professional, pleasant and did a great job. He was very respectful and just seemed customer service focused. Bryson if you ever see this thank you for a refreshing experience!!!!“

“Staff was professional and congenial. I made an error in my ordering and she assured me that it was OK and she would give me a refund. I said well lets find something else for me so that you won't need to do that. We did, and I tried the blueberry pancake which was absolutely delicious 😋“

“I didn’t know that this gem was in Lancaster. I ordered the large fruit and it was only $14. Most places charge by the pound. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The establishment was clean, and this fruit is delicious! I will be going back often“
