“I had an excellent experience at this Braum's (location 79). The location itself is fantastic, making it easily accessible and inviting. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-organized the space was. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, greeting me with warm smiles as soon as I stepped into the establishment, which instantly made me feel welcome.

I placed my order, and I was pleased to see that it was prepared exactly as I requested. In the past, I had stopped visiting this location for a while, but after today's outstanding service, I am excited to return regularly.

“Every time I go there and order the $6 All American Meal. The cashier tries to ring me up for $15.00+ They automatically try to upsize you to a large?? If I say the $6 meal deal... How do you jump to $15+ I always have to tell them No Ma'am, ai said the $6 meal Small.. I never ask for large. They need ask if you want to upsize your meal.. I don't get large drinks.. smh“

“Wanted to leave a review since they don’t have very great ones. They did have a long drive thru line that seemed like it was going slow so we decided to park and come inside. And they were very nice, we got our order pretty quickly for a Friday at dinner time. We ordered a choco dipped strawberry blizzard, a snickers blizzard, and the belt buster meal. I didn’t know that my strawberry blizzard only has chocolate on top so I asked for an extra side of chocolate dip and the guy was nice enough to give it to me complimentary. Their menu and building is a big out dated but it gets the job done.“

“I want to recommend this fruit stand; I’ve been a customer for a long time, and the customer service is excellent. I was actually there yesterday when the lady served the customer who left the negative review. None of what she wrote is true; I was right there, and at no point was she treated poorly.
