I was actually there yesterday when the lady served the customer who left the negative review. None of what she wrote is true; I was right there, and at no point was she treated poorly. “I know some people will have different experiences. Mine was good, went for my kiddos. Just a blue coconut sno cone, flavoring was good, shaved ice was good, no complaints. They are cash only, and it looks like they do have alot of flavors but some are marked out so maybe they are in the process of changing/adding to the menu.
My other kiddo just got plain shaved ice and she loved it.
We would definitely come back, our wait time wasn't long, also we went on like a Monday, so it seemed steady but we didnt wait long.“
