“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. Thank you!“

“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

“I want to recommend this fruit stand; I’ve been a customer for a long time, and the customer service is excellent. I was actually there yesterday when the lady served the customer who left the negative review. None of what she wrote is true; I was right there, and at no point was she treated poorly. On the contrary, the service was excellent—and the only thing she even bought was a bubblegum-flavored shaved ice! Life is full of surprises. God bless you all. The best part? The papas preparadas“

“This is a favorite family activity of ours. Visiting Marble Slab or Great American Cookies for a sweet treat is something my children love. They enjoy the array of ice cream flavors and toppings. Additionally, my husband has a particular fondness for the strawberry crinkle cookies; we always order them by the dozen!

“Been going there for a hot minute now I will drive all the way from Mesquite to Desoto just to get a pickadilly from them. No one else can do it like them they don't get it right all the time but what place on this side of Heaven will get your order right a 100% of the time? I enjoy this place the front window is not open very often for safety reasons l. So don't get upset when they say drive thru please. For the price it's better than most and still keeping up with the competition. No this is coming from your big Auntie for those who have a bd taste about this place. Remember God gave you another chance, so give this place another chance as long as it did not hurt/kill you why not another chance. Ijs....“

“This is my new go-to froyo spot in Cedar Hill. Only eight froyo flavors, but unlike Menchie’s (the other froyo shop in this same center) the flavors are much more to my personal preference. But even more important, which to me is paramount for froyo, the temperature the froyo comes out of the machine is frosty cold. Menchie’s comes out already melty. I love my froyo super frozen. Several options in the nut family for toppings. Two container sizes to choose from, 16 and 20oz. Parking is easier than Menchie’s as it’s closer to the open lot. I drive an F350 dually, so I appreciate regular parking lots over head-in store front parking spots. Although it does have plenty of head-in parking as well. Owner is very kind and often behind the counter. His presence is quite pleasant. Customer service is always great and the store is immaculately clean!“

“I know some people will have different experiences. Mine was good, went for my kiddos. Just a blue coconut sno cone, flavoring was good, shaved ice was good, no complaints. They are cash only, and it looks like they do have alot of flavors but some are marked out so maybe they are in the process of changing/adding to the menu.
My other kiddo just got plain shaved ice and she loved it.
We would definitely come back, our wait time wasn't long, also we went on like a Monday, so it seemed steady but we didnt wait long.“

Alana (i hope i didn’t spell your name wrong) was amazing up front, she told me the four cheese burger was peoples least favorite and i think it was absolutely phenomenal! “Some of the best snow cones in the city!! The prices are more than fair too. I always get a small (12oz, $2.25). The ice is so soft and refreshing, not a single chunk of ice. The cone on top is a pretty decent size too, I’d say it adds about 4 more ounces to the snow cone. 10/10“

“By far, the best Sonic in the area. I frequent almost daily for my Coke Zero fix, and I’ll drive out of the way just to come to this one.
