“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. “We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

“This place is AMAZING! I’m from El Paso, Tx, right on the US/Mexican border where we take pride in our Mexican food. Chicaly would make some of my local places hang their heads in shame. I ordered barbacoa, al pastor and nopales a la mexicana tacos, (I wanted to try the chorizo tacos but they didn’t have any). But let me tell you the three that I had were out of this world!!! The salsas were just the right amount of hot and flavor. They gave the tacos that extra zing that made them that much better. I’ll tell you one thing, this little place definitely makes it’s mark in Hutchins, Tx. Make sure whenever your in the area you stop by and have some of their food. “This is my new go-to froyo spot in Cedar Hill. Only eight froyo flavors, but unlike Menchie’s (the other froyo shop in this same center) the flavors are much more to my personal preference. But even more important, which to me is paramount for froyo, the temperature the froyo comes out of the machine is frosty cold. Menchie’s comes out already melty. I love my froyo super frozen. Several options in the nut family for toppings. Two container sizes to choose from, 16 and 20oz. Parking is easier than Menchie’s as it’s closer to the open lot. I drive an F350 dually, so I appreciate regular parking lots over head-in store front parking spots. Although it does have plenty of head-in parking as well. Owner is very kind and often behind the counter. His presence is quite pleasant. Customer service is always great and the store is immaculately clean!“

“I know some people will have different experiences. Mine was good, went for my kiddos. Just a blue coconut sno cone, flavoring was good, shaved ice was good, no complaints. They are cash only, and it looks like they do have alot of flavors but some are marked out so maybe they are in the process of changing/adding to the menu.
My other kiddo just got plain shaved ice and she loved it.
We would definitely come back, our wait time wasn't long, also we went on like a Monday, so it seemed steady but we didnt wait long.“

“Some of the best snow cones in the city!! The prices are more than fair too. I always get a small (12oz, $2.25). The ice is so soft and refreshing, not a single chunk of ice. The cone on top is a pretty decent size too, I’d say it adds about 4 more ounces to the snow cone. 10/10“

Absolutely the Cleanest Braums I've visited in a super long time, On a Sunday!!!!!!..they used a tray in front of the condiments to catch the overflow when putting it onto the sundaes or cones(Genuis)!! I'm 65 yrs young..I've been going to Braums, on Sundays since I was a little girl. I told the young lady I wanted VIP dips and she made my day! That Sunday was fit for a Queen..
Also, I had been there the day before for Food..I was .10 cent short with a dollar bill and 85 cent in change..Kameron went in his pocket and gave me a dollar and slid the change back to me! I had to go back on Sunday to Bless him with $5 for lunch! I Pray he Did Not get in trouble for doing that because Guess what..I did that on my job, whenever Anyone was a bit short of what they were paying for!
