Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store in Waxahachie offers a pleasant experience with respectful and kind service. The store has employees who went above and beyond their job as a customer service front line, providing smiling faces and warm welcomes. Customers can enjoy the best-tasting ice cream, including new holiday editions, as well as fresh fruit, vegetables, and high-quality milk from the company's own farm and dairy. However, during busy hours, there may be only one employee handling the in-store ice cream counter, leading to longer wait times.
The reviews highlight the excellent service provided by the employee named Mia, who is described as cheerful, calm, and professional, even when the store is busy. Customers appreciate her dedication and the care she takes in her work. On the other hand, a customer had a negative experience at the drive-through, where the employee was unprofessional and did not provide proper customer service.
