“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. We made our ordered and Alondra asked if we were interested in wating 25 mins for food. With the clear communication, willingness, and kindness of your staff we happily waited chatted with other customers as well as staff to make the best of our wait. Throughout that wait the staff consistently communicated and kept the good vibes going. That crew went above and beyond and not to mention I had a large order.“

“Stopped by Arby's and honestly had a pretty solid experience. I went with a classic roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a drink, and everything came out hot and fresh. The roast beef was tender and had plenty of flavor, and the curly fries were crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. I had to get some Arby's sauce too because that definitely makes the sandwich hit different lol. The employees were friendly, got my order out pretty quick, and everything was made correctly. The restaurant was clean and had a chill, casual vibe. The portions were pretty good for the price, and I definitely left full. It's nice having a fast-food option that's a little different from the usual burgers and chicken. Nothing fancy, but it definitely hit the spot.
