“I placed a semi large phone order for a scheduled event. Ten minutes later I get a phone call and I am being informed that I need to go in to the store to place my order. I live in Ferris but at the far end and it would take me a while to get there. I had planned my order with enough time so it would be ready and warm for the event. After a back and forth with the manager, she agreed to start on my order.“
“My wife had been craving a pizza hut pizza. The day before, we placed an online order for the Waxahachie location. I went to pick it up at the appointed pick-up time and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally got one of the workers to acknowledge my existence. He went to the back, came back, and told me they were fixing it next, and it would be 10-15 minutes. At this point, I was already 45 minutes beyond the original pickup time. I told them to forget about it and just give me a refund. I went the next day to the Ferris location. I placed the order and explained what had happened the prior day. The worker seemed to be doing all she could to make this a better experience, and it was. I wish I'd gotten her name, but it was a great experience.“
“Sick of eating healthy, want to splurge without much money? Can't miss with Jack tacos. Have no idea what the meat is and don't care. They're consistent. If it's one of those nights where you know you'll feel like s*it the next morning get a couple of breakfast jacks. They're good with Mimosas. And remember, don't taco and drive.“
“I had the best Italian sub that I can honestly remember. Order the Italian Hero, sun dried tomato bread, toasted. It was the perfect balance of veggies, meat, melted cheese, and sauces. The light butter coating on the bread was a nice touch too!Lemonade was on point as well. Tart, not sweet. I can't wait to come back!“
“We got wings and appetizers here for pick up for the Super Bowl. My husband and I’s first time trying it and I was really happy with what we got for the price. The ladies at the register were really nice when I asked for my order and I loved the taste of the wing flavors (honey hot, sissy baby, and Redneck were our choices). Also the tots were SO good. We put cheese and chili on it and I could’ve had a whole family size to myself. Definitely will be back and it’s nice to be able to support a Texas local chain rather than a place like Wingstop!“
“The girl with the braids wasnt rude but she wasnt friendly to say she is working in customer service. The man was nice, friendly and funny.The chicken was good! I just stopped by to put something on my stomach... So i got a 2piece dark w bread for $4. Seasoned through the meat not just sprinkled on the top.But the best thing was the BANANA PUDDING CHESS CAKE!!!! This is RICH, MOIST, DENSE AND SO GOOD. It taste like Banana Pudding and Chess Pie but in cake form. SO GOOD!!!“
