“I was having a pretty rough day and I arrived around 7:45 pm in the drive thru. Brianda is just all bright, kind, and with a shiny spine. Incredibly kind and reread our order to us to ensure everything was correctly. Her salutations and good evening were genuine. Our food arrived hot and quick. With a nice hot yummy Mac n cheeeeese. Will always come to Chick Fil A when I need it. #2 meal with fries and a water and a spicy deluxe meal with lemonade.“

“I just left BK Ennis. We usually don't eat fast food but the kids got vouchers for getting an award at school today. The cashier was friendly and patient. Our food came out hot and fresh and the restrooms and lobby were clean! What more could you ask for????“

“It was clean. The service was quick and efficient. They did my order correctly. The food was very good. My grilled cheese was tasty and my fries were hot.. not stale hot, you know what I mean. They weren't sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. They came out of the fryer.“

“Ok, so I travel A LOT and get the opportunity to try a lot of different locations, and places. I’m also a review reader before I pick a place to go, but, in this case, one thing I’ve noticed is Chicken Express generally gets a bad rap. Sometimes deserved, but not very often. It usually the really low review locations I’d have to agree with. This location being in between, I was hungry, on a road trip and really wanted chicken livers so I gave it a shot despite the low rating. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean establishment number one, superior customer service number two and man this food for number 3 DID NOT DISAPPOINT, KUDOS TO THE COOK! So impressed I’m sharing pictures of how perfect my livers turned out and these green beans, I don’t know what your doing different then the other locations but keep it up, taste like they came out of Granny’s kitchen. I also have to give a shout out to the team, everyone was in action and whoever was at register 2 tonight was a refreshing reminder of what customer service should be, super polite and well manned young man. Thanks Chicken Express, so good I’m leaving this from the parking lot.“

“Julian ? ? knows how to make a sandwich with style. Most subways you go the sandwiches are thrown together and it's a mess. ? Here in Alma, the store was not only clean, & everyone was friendly, Julian took his time asking my husband & I about what we wanted and actually had a conversation with us vs. other stores where it seems like you are bothering them being a customer. Very kind! ? Good work Julian! Also saw him being kind to older people that were traveling alone, not rushing them.“

“Love my tuna sandwich, and that you brought the daily sandwich back!!! Thank you for that!!! Pissed me off to no end that you got rid of the vitamin water, that was so nice and I loved that option. Now I won’t get the meal deal anymore since I don’t drink soda. Saved me the money!“
