“I came in a few weeks ago with my sister and some friends after seeing a post on social media, and we had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the space was clean (though a bit small inside), and the food and drinks were really good. The outdoor patio was a nice touch, but the summer bugs were a bit much. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!“

“I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.
I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…
They were totally closed. As in no one even left in the parking lot. So, aside from having an accurate hours posted online, I recommend this place. :-)“

“As a consumer it is personally important to me that people Mal y contact and are attentive. YAZMIN I ABSOLUTELY AMAING!!!!! But do not lt me light the other LaCie there too! They at all very pleasant and they man Thir hard work look very easy, as a team, but YAZMIN has a wonderful smile and has exceptional customer service!! They all go above and beyond and beyond to serve their customers. I felt like I was in a gourmet restaurant!! This is by far my most favorite TACO CASA between here & all the way to Grand Prairie, it’s totally worth the drive!!!“

“I stopped by around 4pm on a Friday so i assume everyone was at work . My Gf is from Da chi, so I appreciate the suggestion. Small location but very convenience spot. Wait time is about 25 minutes So I suggest you order ahead of time if you have something to do .Definitely will be returning. I ordered, the 10 whole wings and fries. “My boyfriend told me I needed to try this place and now I've had it for lunch 4 days in a row. The quality, taste and freshness of the subs is outstanding! The service is amazing as well, you are greeted when you walk in, the employees are kind and respectful, Payton is amazing and is always welcoming to my boyfriend and I when we come. Great place!! “I stopped by Long John Silver’s in DeSoto on Pleasant Run, and I just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant, patient, and had such a positive attitude—it really made a difference.
Now let’s talk about the food… everything was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly 😋. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving because it definitely didn’t taste rushed or thrown together. It’s not every day you go somewhere and everything—from customer service to food quality—is on point.
I truly appreciate good service when I receive it, and this location deserves recognition. I will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“Fabian showed excellent customer service! I've been to this location several times and never reviewed it because of the back-n-forth experiences but today today's experience was review worthy. Several cars, late night but was one of the fastest lines to be served. Food came out actually better than other TB & Fabian, a regular employee( I asked if he was management but already "knew" because of his uniform since I had a familiaraty from my decades of jobs in FF( after I left Retail giants like Foleysor Macey's...Before owning my own businesses, one that I kick myself to this day for shutting down only because it had great potential of being successful.)-- Sorry, I went off topic( i need to hit a certain amount of characters to advance as a true guide, lol) I worked for YUM, corporation that owns & franchised out Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC & Wingstop & A&W Rootbeer fast foods( if any still exist in Texas because they we're more popular in Houston & S Texas...Now Yum has now gone internationa to Australia & beyond! I also had worked my way up to store Management at Taco Bell/ KFC combo and dedicated a decade to Pizza Hut, starting as a driver to store upper management & finally District management before joining Corparate YUM! I even looked into getting a franchise but couldn't afford it 😞... Back to the Taco Bell review on Elam in Balch Springs. I've noticed they don't close early, the store is clean and food I received was fresh. If every employee shows the amount of customer service as the previously mentioned, then this store will earn a 5 star rating across!“

“The hubs stops here on a regular basis for breakfast or lunch. The service is fast and they're focused. It may seem annoying to ask questions more than once but they simply want to confirm the customer's requests. More importantly the staff is friendly.
The location is right off the highway so easy to get in and easy to get out. Overall, a grand experience.“

The last time I visited, my experience was not great, and I shared my honest review. I received a follow-up email offering a complimentary meal to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.
When I went back today, Sam, the manager, kindly comped my meal and made sure everything was fresh and right. I ordered a #11 chicken meal with a shake, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Trinity was my server, and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.
I’m happy to say this visit turned things around, and I’ll definitely be back.

“The service is almost always great most or the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help me. If I ask for lots of hot sauce or any other sauces they almost always huck it up a few or the workers there go above and beyond making my experience so much better when they are there. Last week me and my girlfriend also at from here and they gave her the wrong drink and Tater Tots instead of the groovy fries that we asked for.
