I even looked into getting a franchise but couldn't afford it 😞... Back to the Taco Bell review on Elam in Balch Springs. I've noticed they don't close early, the store is clean and food I received was fresh. If every employee shows the amount of customer service as the previously mentioned, then this store will earn a 5 star rating across!“

The last time I visited, my experience was not great, and I shared my honest review. I received a follow-up email offering a complimentary meal to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.

When I went back today, Sam, the manager, kindly comped my meal and made sure everything was fresh and right. I ordered a #11 chicken meal with a shake, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Trinity was my server, and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.

I’m happy to say this visit turned things around, and I’ll definitely be back.
