“As a Chicago sweetheart, finding good fish in Texas is serious business and JJ Fish & Chicken absolutely delivered. The steaked catfish took me straight back home. Perfectly seasoned, tender, flavorful, and not overcooked like so many places get wrong.

What impressed me most was that authentic Chicago-style fish spot feel & da real mildsauce, the kind of place where the food speaks for itself. If you grew up on Chicago fish joints, you already know the standard is high. This is the first place in Texas that genuinely gave me that same comfort-food experience.

“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. He was patient with us while we order all our subs, and he helped me figure out what sub i was looking for .
