“Son spotted Subway from the road and just had to have it. Stopped into this location.Employee was a 16 year old. This is his first job. He exhibited excellent patience will my 7 year old who decided, undecided and then decided again what he would like his sub to consist of. We weren’t rushed.My son settled on a 6 inch ham, chips and a drink. He said it was delicious ??. It was gone it record breaking time.“

“I have been inside a few times and thru the drive-through plenty of times no issues their food is always fresh and hot. The taco light is loaded with meat just the way i like it. The nachos are very filling i always get an extra cup of meat just because I’m greedy. The jalapeños are extra hot! If you do not love cheese, please tell them light cheese or no cheese because they pile it on! They do things right here and I’m a loyal customer!!“

“We first went to Poppa’s just to try something new. Then we went back the following day as well! The environment is inviting. The family/staff are courteous and warm.

ENOUGH ABOUT THAT... LET’S GET TO THE FOOD!! OMG!! Did you NOT notice that we went 2 DAYS IN A ROW!!! The food was ridiculous!!! The FIRST DAY we had the 2pc fish and wings! The fish was some of the BEST SWAI I have EVER eaten. Perfectly breaded and seasoned and piping HOT! If you like the taste of catfish... you will LOVE Swai even more. Light, flaky, and tasty with a smooth fish taste. If you ever try it, you will NEVER go back to catfish. The wings were thoroughly cooked and wonderfully season. We also had the chicken salad. You know a salad is good, when you eat it WITHOUT THE DRESSING!!!

The SECOND DAY... well, I will let the picture speak for themselves. If you are near Ledbetter Dart Station, go try Poppa’s ... you will NOT be disappointed!!“

“This taco casa is conveniently located off the main highway. The service was quick, and the food was prepared correct, and promptly. Plenty of parking space, and because it is attached to a gas station, you can refuel and eat in one place.

“JJ's is a classic south-side fish and chicken joint. Nothing fancy to look at and no pretentious decor - chairs and tables, TV's and great food. But if you want great tasting consistent chicken wings or fish, JJ's is your spot. Very consistent food prepared the same way to get the same level of flavor and juiciness out of the first to last bite. They carry a big selection of deserts. I have not had all of them, but the one's I have had were above average and delicious. My go-to is the 10 piece wings along with a perch dinner.
If there is one shortcoming, it's that they serve tarter sauce packets with the fish. Order ahead because they are always busy.“

“This location in Lancaster Tx is the best one that I have ever visited. I was at two other locations yesterday, one didn't have roasted chicken at 2pm, the other had old roasted chicken and runny mashed potatoes. I will continue to drive to Lancaster Tx for my Golden Chick.“

“One of our Go-To spots for Chinese. I always order the Szechuab Beef and my husband gets the combination fried rice. The egg rolls are large and tasty! We've been ordering here for years. It ceased being an eat-in restaurant a couple of years ago during the pandemic, I think. Now you call in orders and pick up outside at a walk-up window.“

“This is a restaurant inside of a gas station. Food here is good. Service is always quick and courteous. The brisket tacos are pretty awesome. A step above for sure with the smoked brisket. They also have a loaded baked potato (done chophouse style w/ smoked meat and baked beans, etc.) that will leave you stuffed if you can eat it all. Great place to eat.“

“I was extremely disappointed with this location. I ordered a large Cherry Coke My favorite all-time Sonic drink and got a grape some sort a dark colored soda didn't taste like Coke. So I took it back and explain the problem and asked for a Cherry Coke. Either they dumped it out and put it in the same drink cup which tasted like nasty grape. Or they just didn't fix it at all. Because it was disgusting. Very disappointed in the customer service and the product at this particular Sonic.“

“Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other! “My fish was fresh, the only disappointment I experienced was that I asked for 1 malt vinegar, 1 tartar sauce, and 2 ketchups. I received tons of malt vinegar and some packets had leaked, and a cocktail sauce that I didn't ask for. The employees need to be more attentive when getting condiments. I'm particular about my food, and didn't eat it due to no tartar sauce. I wasn't going to drive back for it, then my fish would've been cold.“
