He exhibited excellent patience will my 7 year old who decided, undecided and then decided again what he would like his sub to consist of. We weren’t rushed.My son settled on a 6 inch ham, chips and a drink. He said it was delicious ??. It was gone it record breaking time.“

“Homemade Fries are so good and the smash burger was great too. The bun was perfectly toasted. My only complaint was they charged $1.00 for ranch and it was Clover Valley brand from the Dollar Store. It was gross and obviously way overpriced since the whole bottle is $2.00 at DG.“

There was a gentleman and a woman outside around noon. They busted their butts making sure the walk ways were clear. Not only that, but they were picking up ice chunks by the drive thru to make it safe and smooth for us. They went above and beyond (literally). I hope you'll will do something nice for them. They both had on head sets and the young lady had on glasses. They truly cared and didn't rush even though it was so cold today.,“

“My family and I stopped by Royal Fried Seafood and Grill when we were in Cedar Hill for a family reunion. The service was 10/10 and the food was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old son absolutely said this was the best food we had the entire trip, and though we’re foodies, my husband and I agreed! We’re already craving it again now that we’re back in Kansas! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, this WILL be on our list of stops! A true gem!“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. “The food is delicious here. The seasoning on the tacos is amazing & the rice is addicting. I wish I lived in Dallas to come frequent this place more often but I was just visiting from out of town. I will say, the flavor of the beans wasn’t my favorite but the rice makes up for it!“

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“First time i have ever ordered at speaker most times there is someone standing in the drive taking order. Girl at window was in a hurry to something else other than make sure my order was correct.

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. Hefty portions and the price is good for what you're getting. The only issues I've ever had when going there is their fountain drinks. They ice machine always seem low and their sodas taste different. Is recommend getting their bottled drinks.“

“We ordered ahead through the Sonic app, but unfortunately our order wasn’t complete when we arrived. We were missing 4 corn dogs and were given pretzels instead, which normally would’ve been fine, except we had already ordered pretzels with our meal.

I really wish we had been told beforehand that they were out of corn dogs so we could’ve chosen something else. The staff was very nice and did try to make it right by replacing them with hot dogs, but unfortunately the hot dogs were cold. 😢

The rest of our food was decent 👌🏽 and I definitely want to give credit to the employees because the service was friendly and they genuinely tried to fix the situation. No hard feelings at all! I just think better communication about unavailable items and making sure replacements are fresh and hot would’ve made the experience much better.“

“I recently had to change my diet to gluten free. I visited Jersey Mikes because I heard their gluten free subs were delicious. I had the absolute best experience. When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.) The whole team is obviously trained really well. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
