“Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system. But now I have nothing to eat for lunch.“

“I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“Ms. Rose has this location moving like a well-oiled machine. All smiles on this end. Excellent customer service. The group there tonight moved fluently and everyone understood their assignment and/or role. Exceptional service like this makes me choose to slow down, sit in and enjoy my meal. Hadiyah the girl working at the register was the BEST most CARING worker I’ve ever seen. She treated me with so much respect and the food was good! I’ve never seen a portillos worker with so much enthusiasm at their job usually they all look like they want to die! But hadiyah was different she looked like she genuinely wanted to be there, and that made my experience at portillos so much better. “First Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen that does walk around service. They offered me refills, mints and were very respectful and friendly. A great environment for your family to enjoy. There is a wo default kids play area , I come in and bring my laptop and my kids play for hours. They have great seating options. They keep the place clean and they have a lot of younger kids who work there but they work hard and are very respectful. Truly impressive and by far my favorite location to go.“

“It's ok. Typically chicken place. They are friendly for the most part. There's always a line. But that's anywhere for dinner time. Sometimes the green beans aren't good or the gravy is runny. But other than that, it's always decent.“

“I am a big fan of A&W. I love the root beer and burgers, particularly the Papa Burger. The root beer tastes way better in the restaurant than the bottled store version, and I would encourage all my friends to go.

The main problem is that it is located inside a Long John Silver's. I like Long John Silver's, but most people who go here eat from their side, so the A&W side feels like an afterthought.

I would encourage A&W to open a standalone location here in Grand Prairie or another city in DFW. I feel like the already-good A&W burgers would be even better if they were in their own building rather than sharing it with a seafood place.

Additionally, it can be quite pricey compared to nearby restaurants, with a double bacon cheeseburger costing $11.79. The prices would be justified had they had their own location, but unfortunately, all of the A&W locations in Texas are combo locations with either LJS or KFC. There will be no A&W haters if A&W opens their own place!

So A&W, pretty please, open a standalone location in Texas 🥺🥹 I'll become a franchisee when I win the lottery 🤑🫰💸“

“Paul, the GM at Shake Shack, gave truly outstanding customer service! I had a watered-down soda and he actually took the time to fix the machine himself and made it perfect. He really went above and beyond. He also gave me $5 off after I mentioned having a bad experience at another location, which I really appreciated.

Joshua was also very polite and helpful. The employees at this location genuinely take care of their customers and make the experience fast and easy. Plus, the chicken sandwich here is SO much bigger and better than the Dallas Uptown location. I would honestly recommend this Shake Shack over Chick-fil-A any day!“
