The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system. But now I have nothing to eat for lunch.“

“First Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen that does walk around service. They offered me refills, mints and were very respectful and friendly. A great environment for your family to enjoy. There is a wo default kids play area , I come in and bring my laptop and my kids play for hours. They have great seating options. They keep the place clean and they have a lot of younger kids who work there but they work hard and are very respectful. Truly impressive and by far my favorite location to go.“

The group there tonight moved fluently and everyone understood their assignment and/or role. Exceptional service like this makes me choose to slow down, sit in and enjoy my meal. And that's definitely a good thing.... *This is by far one of the cleanest locations I've been to.

Update: Went for a follow up visit and again, Ms. Rose and the crew did not disappoint. I was greeted with an inviting smile; food was hot; and the place was sparkling from top to bottom. “I hadn't been to Arbys in 20+ years because the food wasnt good. My 7 yr old daughter asked me try it. To my surprise, the place was very clean, menu had a nice variety and the food was DELICIOUS! GM Fernando was also a delight, he was professional and courteous. Have to give 5 stars“

Today I visited this location off 360 in Grand Prairie/Arlington and not only was a greeted with a smile, my food was delivered to me hot and fresh and tasted just as I remembered when I first fell in love with Chicken Express! Kudos the the young lady at the drive-thru window and the gentleman who brought my food out to me. 100% quality all the way around. I will definitely be back.“

“Good Hot dog and sandwiches. My Chicago style dog was good. Would like to see a few more hot dog city styles offered. NY for one. The sausage was good. Bit burnt on the end. But overall decent. Would like to see like a deep dish pizza Chicago style sandwich with sausage and sauce and cheese on the menu. But we did enjoy it. Fries were good. Crisp and seasoned well.“

“Paul, the GM at Shake Shack, gave truly outstanding customer service! I had a watered-down soda and he actually took the time to fix the machine himself and made it perfect. He really went above and beyond. He also gave me $5 off after I mentioned having a bad experience at another location, which I really appreciated.

Joshua was also very polite and helpful. The employees at this location genuinely take care of their customers and make the experience fast and easy. Plus, the chicken sandwich here is SO much bigger and better than the Dallas Uptown location. I would honestly recommend this Shake Shack over Chick-fil-A any day!“
