A regular cone was $2.92, so I opted for a kids cone for $1.88! Associate was kind, it wasn't her fault, but I couldn't justify 3.00 for a cone.

Dairy Queen is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its friendly atmosphere and decent food. The location tends to be crowded, especially during peak hours, which can lead to slower service, particularly in the drive-thru. However, dining inside may provide a quicker experience. While some meals, like the XL Chili dog, may disappoint with old-tasting ingredients, many customers enjoy favorites like tacos and chicken strips with gravy.
The staff, mainly composed of young employees, often provides a mix of service experiences. Some customers have praised individual employees for going above and beyond, especially in accommodating food allergies and helping with last-minute requests, such as ice cream cakes. Overall, Dairy Queen offers a convenient option for a casual meal, with moments of exceptional service shining through despite some inconsistencies.
