“This is a great little spot to come get yourself some tacos or a burrito. I grabbed myself a breakfast burrito. Mine has bacon, egg, potatoes, and cheese. You can add onions and peppers. Man, when I tell you this thing was too big for me to eat the entire thing, I am not exaggerating. The price was well worth it. The location is located with a convenient store so yiu can go grab your favorite beverage to enjoy your meal. There is nowhere to sit and eat. Thus is definitely a grab and go spot. “Simple Matamoros MC style tacos with the authentic toppings especially the queso fresco. They come with a green and red salsa with the latter being hotter and does not disappoint. “Taqueria La Birria Shack is hands down the best spot for birria in town! Every dish I've tried is absolutely delicious, but I must highlight their hot sauce—the green one is incredible.

With the current economic situation, we've drastically cut down on dining out, opting instead for takeout from various local spots. Taqueria La Birria Shack has consistently come out on top.

It's one of our favorite places to order from, especially when the older gentleman is on the grill; his cooking is pure magic. The younger gentleman at the window also deserves a shoutout. He is incredibly friendly and provides great recommendations, though honestly, every item on the menu is fantastic. After trying everything they offer, this place remains a top choice for us every time.

“This is a hidden gem of deliciousness. They are very friendly and fast and the food is soooo good. Try the pineapple habenero salsa, actually try all the salsas!. Have not tried all the dishes, but every dish I've tried is done to perfection. Easy to access off hwy 360 in Arlington.“

“The food is great here!!! The gorditas de huevos verdes are very good. The chilaquiles with steak is amazing. Of course the tacos are great, especially the tacos de trompo. The trompo is just like it's supposed to be, nice tasty crust outside, tender, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Service is great too. I love this place!!!!“

“This place is a MUST! It's inside a gas station but guess what? The food is Delicious! The service is Amazing and the staff is AWESOME!!! The young guy that attended us was super nice and friendly. I was surprised to see a young man as himself to be as polite and respectful as he was. Nowadays young people are not that friendly and respectful anymore and their customer service is bad, but not here... Oh me and my hubby got the pound of fajita and oh boy, it was really good! We got full with that. Mondays they have Trompo tacos 20 for $25. Tuesdays $1 Tacos I believe are Trompo, Fajita and Chicken. On orders of 10-30. We are definitely coming back here for their specials!!!“

“Really sketch part of town, inside an even more sketch store, but the food is really good. After you get over the stock of this building and the prison type bars in which you order thru, the proprietor is extremely friendly. I had a large breakfast burrito, which needed a pinch of sal, but was tasty. They throw in a couple of delicious house made salsas, which have some spice. If you're not afraid of sketchy towns and businesses, stop in to get some good Mexican grub.“
