The barbacoa grilled cheese and their carne azada fries are my favorite. Not to mention, all their sauces are made in-house and are equally as delicious, try their spicy ketchup! (Wish they sold it in bottles.) You can truly taste the quality of ingredients in every bite. I do have one "complaint", there's a sandwich called the Grimace sandwich that comes in and out of the menu and I don't know how I feel about that... Stop playing with my tastebuds Pacheco's!! We patiently waited for about 15 minutes and the buzzer went off, only they didn’t make the burritos. So we had to wait another 10 minutes on those.
