“My husband and I visited store#20328 in Lancaster, Tx for a late night dinner. We were pleasantly surprised of the happy upbeat and kind customer service we received from Marcus and the staff. “I came through the drive thru and was greeted so well and actually glad the young lady(Joselyne ) ask me if I want to try the new mozzarella sticks and lol they sweet with a little bit kick of spice but my point was this is my favorite jack in the box in dfw , store is always Clean , food always hot and drive Thur moves quickly. “I ordered the taco plate with 2 beef and 2 al pastor taco's with refried beans and rice. It was very good! The beans and rice were very tasty. The al pastor and beef taco's were amazing. They make their corn tortilla's fresh! 5 stars! Very nice people. I am very happy to support small business's that put such great effort into creating great food for their customer's. I hope they open their own restaurant in the future. Kudos.“

“Man ive been to alot of places in my lifetime, let me tell you, this is the best food ive ever had. Hands down the best place to eat. I tried the gorditas de lengua y chicharron, oh man oh man. Great food, and great customer service!!! One thing tho, the only accept cash, no worries they have an ATM machine. :)“

“Good food, portion sizes are super generous. I couldn't see my tacos underneath all the meat!! Freaking awesome! They also don't play around about the burrito gordo, that thing is massive. The 3 tacos we ordered couldve been turned into 6, easily, with all the fixings they gave us.
Lady at the counter was super sweet, we liked her a lot. Atmosphere is what it is in a lower income part of towns, if you know, you just know. I found it pretty comforting and familiar. Nice place overall!“

“This is my new favorite taco spot! It was sooooooooooooooo GOOD!! I didn’t even take pictures!! I ate it so fast!! Ordered the 3 taco plate, steak on corn!! The meat was juicy and seasoned to perfection!!! The refried beans could use some seasonings but the rice was delicious and the tacos were so good!! I’ve seen bad reviews but I’m glad I went there and I’ll probably be back tomorrow 😜 the lady taking my order wasn’t friendly per se’ but she wasn’t rude either she lands in the middle for me!! But the food was soo good who cares if she’s not nice.😊“

“Taco Casa delivered exactly what I hoped for—delicious, nostalgic Tex-Mex with fast, friendly service. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the team behind the counter was polite and efficient. I do think the lobby could use a little more attention, and the handwritten signs taped up at the counter felt a bit tacky, but those were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!“
