This is a gem on the east side of Dallas off the 635 in Saint Augustine. Everything is handmade from the tortillas beans eggs meat is fabulous. Nothing like handmade flour tortillas in the morning or evening to make the day go better unlike many other smaller restaurants, this place is bilingual, and have very friendly people, don't be intimidated by the exterior of this place is great. Las gorditas esta ricas y tienen de variedad, el menudo los domingos es el que no eh probado aún pues en la mañana que llego ya no tienen, me dijeron que está casero y muy bueno... tengo que probarlo!

I wonder why when they charge you, if the amount is spent in cents, they charge you the full dollar. That bothers me. I would leave them more as a tip, but that way of charging takes away my desire to leave a tip.
