Trompo Quesadilla Fajita Taco's

“Food was great! Trompo was ok. Fajita was definitely the way to go. First time here and learned it’s better to call in. Placed order in person and waited about 30-40 min. Quesadilla with trompo and fajita was also amazing. Salsas are ok, not the greatest. But would definitely come back for more. Will probably be my to-go spot since I’m new to the area.5 stars because it exceeded my expectations as a food truck/stand! 10 out of 10 recommended! Depending what time you go parking can get packed since it is a gas station/corner store.“

“Upon my first encounter with Elotes González, I was immediately captivated by the tantalizing aroma of grilled corn wafting through the air. Eager to delve into this culinary adventure, I ordered their signature elote, and I was not disappointed. The corn, grilled to perfection, boasted a smoky sweetness that was simply unparalleled. Each kernel burst with juiciness, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite. But what truly elevated the experience was the magical combination of toppings.A generous slathering of mayo, delicately seasoned with chili powder, and adorned with a liberal sprinkling of crumbled cotija cheese, transformed the humble corn into a masterpiece of flavor. The creamy richness of the mayo harmonized flawlessly with the subtle heat of the chili powder, while the tangy bite of the cheese added a delightful contrast. In conclusion, Elotes González is a testament to the artistry of street food, where simple ingredients are transformed into culinary masterpieces. If you’re craving an elote experience that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more, look no further than Elotes González. Prepare to be amazed by the sheer deliciousness of their corn creations!“

“Place was alright. Traditional outdoor food truck park with a country flare to it. Had a few drinks and a Iittle food here and there. Food went from quesadillas to taquitos to tenders. Weather was great to be outdoors. Just a tad congested for liking though. It's was get your own stuff kinda thing. People were available to clean but that's about it“

“I ordered from Rocio’s Handmade Tamales for the first time and I was very pleased. Best tamales I’ve ever had. They were fresh, filled with meat and very delicious. Even the green sauce was the best I’ve tasted, it had a fresh taste and just the right amount of spice. I will definitely be ordering from Rocio’s again. 5 out 5 stars, I highly recommend.“

“This is a gem on the east side of Dallas off the 635 in Saint Augustine. Everything is handmade from the tortillas beans eggs meat is fabulous. Nothing like handmade flour tortillas in the morning or evening to make the day go better unlike many other smaller restaurants, this place is bilingual, and have very friendly people, don't be intimidated by the exterior of this place is great. The food is excellent portions with good pricing and explodes with flavored. Y'all got to try the red chili it has heat but a lot of flavor. Definitely a place to come back to.“

“"Pearlie’s Southern Kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, bridging generations with recipes deeply rooted in Southern traditions. I was introduced to their amazing dishes at the State Fair of Texas, and it was a flavor journey back to authentic Southern cooking. Kerston Crawford-Thorns' passion and dedication to continuing the lessons from her beloved grandmother, Pearlie Mae, shine through every dish. The mouthwatering Deep-Fried Collard Greens and the show-stopping six-cheese macaroni are testament to this. With an exciting future ahead, including a Mobile Food Trailer, I'm eager to follow their journey on social media. Kudos to a brand that keeps family and heritage at its core!"“
