“Ordered the Quesabirria and Birria Ramen. Both were delicious! I ate the quesabirria so quick I didn't get to take a pic! ? This is a food truck and you can't control the atmosphere. It was cold out so we took our food home to eat ? The staff was friendly. I look forward to going back and trying more on their menu.“
“My husband and I have been searching for the best carne asada tacos in DFW for so long and never did we think we would find it in a local food truck - but let me tell you, this place is the real deal.After trying the tacos for the first time last week, we literally went back two more times that week! The carne asada beef is so flavorful and tender, and the corn tortillas are soft and fresh. My husband also enjoyed the birria tacos and especially loved the consommé.Also the owners are so sweet and friendly! They really care about their customers and you can tell how much love and passion go into their food.Please y'all give this place a try and I guarantee you'll be going back! “Not Just Q catered our daughter's wedding this weekend in Burleson, TX. Katie, the catering and events manager, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Even though Not Just Q had a very large event scheduled immediately prior to the wedding, our food arrived on time and piping hot; it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the tender brisket and pulled pork, and raved about the perfectly spicy pit beans and corn. Their barbeque sauce is amazing. I hope to hire their food truck for business events in the future. We highly recommend Not Just Q!“

“The BBQ gods smiles on this day. We were driving and looking for a new place to try. I saw this place and even though it is a trailer on the side of the road the smell called to us. We tried the brisket, pork belly, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, brisket-biscut, and peach cobbler. Lets start with the negative. the baked beans were OK, but nothing i would do agian. I had high hopes for the potato salad and was a little let down but it was ok. the place is a little hard to find and there are no tables. However, that did not stop us from eating in our car since we were just traveling through. but if you are doing take-out you most likely don't care. With that out of the way . . . . . . . WOW. The brisket was outstanding juicy, moist, great color, good smoke ring, not super fatty but a good crust on the outside. the rub had a good spice but did not overpower the meat. The ribs were just as good, not "fall of the bone" but you don[t want that, you want a little bit of chew to the meat. They had a good smoke ring and great flavor. The brisket-biscut was crispy cloud stuffed with love. I am glad we only got one to try with our group because they are addicting. he peach cobbler was very good. not super sweet but a nice flavor. I saved the best for last. If you have never had smoked pork belly then you have no idea what you are missing this was outstanding with flavor that is making my mouth water as I type this. If I am am ever back in this area agian I am making a point to come back to this spot.“

“Tried out this food truck last minute almost time to close but took my order. Had the momo and chicken chowmein. Wow nice I had many momos before in Irving at restaurants, by far this is my favorite!!! The flavors of the food is soooooo delicious you have to try it to know what I mean! There’s actually another good truck near by and I tried both but by far this one is my favorite because the taste is so flavorful which makes it stand out. Really enjoyed it and will be back again!!!!“

“The food is delicious! They do it all, they do wedding and have done personal events. We always use them for events. They bring everything. The food is always fresh and hot. The provide plates, tacos, salsas, rice and beans and all of your toppings. Lots of meat options. Daisy is a great communicator and they are well priced.“

“I didn't have time for breakfast this morning before work. Luckily they were parked out back behind us this morning. Got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with jalapeños and it was spot on. I can't speak to the rest of the menu but the breakfast sandwich was amazing and I would assume everything else is good too.“
