“Recommend the fajitas mix with chicken for two; they were soft and tender. You may exclude the onions or order aside if you prefer. The plate comes with Mexican rice, refried beans, & fresh lettuce (you may exclude fresh cut tomatoes or set them aside for one) Drinks are ordered separate. We ordered Mexican cokes. They have the import labels, so you know you are getting the real deal for your bucks. Their theme is definitely San Miguel de Allende, and cultivating their roots by incorporating their culinary skills into place. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and relaxing; they have little Mexican water decor and make you relax-sounds like a little creek if you sit by it. It’s a vibrant area. Service is great and efficient. They may seem timid at times, but I do believe many small businesses deserve to be cut some as we do for major drive-thru, & restaurants.“

“Stopped by the drive-thru for lunch and WOW it was so good. The asada taco plate with rice and beans is $13.10 after tax and I will be going there weekly from here on out. The meat was sooo good, not too salty, not dry, perfectly seasoned, I asked for crema on the side with extra limes and let me tell you something! Mixing the crema with the salsa verde and putting it on top of the onion, cilantro, asada taco....unbelievably good. The rice isn't Arroz Rojo but something super delicious, and the refried beans were amazing! Not too salty, not too watery or too thick, just perfect. The staff were so nice and it was quick for such quality. Highly recommend, I would drive farrrr just to have this place.“

“This is Landmark Tacos in Grand Prairie TX. They are hidden inside probably one of the most ghetto looking Valero gas station in all of Texas right next to an in-house Church's Chicken, and from outside the gas station there's almost no signage so you honestly can easily miss them. However! So far they are absolutely the BEST tacos I've had out west 10/10 would've shared a better pic if i didn't eat it already. At first I was a little sketched out by the location but actually, I sat down and ate my food there and it was perfectly nice, quiet and not disturbed or anything. Tables and booths are available for both the Taco joint and for the Church's Chicken, so there's plenty of seating. It's very chill here. My visit was around 10 in the morning or so.“

The lengua tacos were incredibly soft and full of flavor and each of the salsas paired perfectly with them..adding just the right amount of kick without overpowering the meat. The sope de pollo was honestly beyond delicious tthe sope itself had that perfect balance of being soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside and the chicken was tender, juicy and packed with flavor. You can really tell care goes into the food here and it made the whole meal that much more enjoyable.

We also tried the lime cucumber juice and the strawberry agua fresca and both were so refreshing perfectly balanced with just the right amount of ice and sweetness, without being overly sugary. On top of that, the staff clearly take pride in their space the tables and surrounding area were kept clean, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and inviting.“

Food is prepared as you order and served fresh along with homemade tortillas. The place is small but so worth the wait if you are longing for homemade authentic Mexican food.“

“I had two picadillo gorditas. They were good, but there was so much oil remaining in them that I burned my lip even after the first bite. The salsa verse smelled a bit off so I couldn't have it with my food, but at least the salsa roja was edible.

Recommended? Only if you're in the area, yes. If not, then no. You're better off visiting a hole-in-the-wall joint. It's $5 per gordita, which you can find anywhere else for cheaper and better.“

“I was told about this place by my son. I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were delicious. I also ordered one of their agua frescas and it also hit the spot.
