Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory offers great food for reasonable prices, with an exciting atmosphere and friendly staff. Taco Tuesdays are a staple for families. Service is fast, and the salsa bar is fresh, well stocked, and clean. Tables are kept bussed so there is always a place to sit. The tortillas are awesome, and the Fajitas are the bomb. Ordering is quick, and the staff is outstanding. The food is top quality, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxing for how busy it gets. It is a competitor to Taco Cabana, with better quality food, cheaper prices, and better alcoholic beverages. The Deluxe Mexican Dinner is popular, though some guests have trouble replacing the bean tostada with a Guacamole one.
