Papa Cinco's is a highly recommended food truck spot. Customers are addicted to the loaded fries and love the Half Chicken Half Barbacoa. The owners are very nice. First-timers are blown away by the bacon & egg taco, calling it insanely delicious and the best deal at only $3. Everything is amazing, including the beef quesadilla, barbacoa tacos, and loaded fries with chicken. The beef quesadilla has plenty of filling, and the AVOCADO salsa is the bomb. Customers have been going back two weekends in a row for the phenomenal barbacoa loaded fries, chicken quesadilla, and chicken taco. The owners are awesome and helpful, offering Flour tortillas. There is nothing not to like.
