Clients: 2 Adults 1 Child

Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.

Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean.

Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night!

Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!

Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!

Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

“Barbecue is actually not that bad. I mean, it’s not amazing, but it’s definitely not terrible. The sausage and brisket are pretty good for the price, and if you’re craving barbecue, it hits the spot. Not bad at all I highly recommend it.“

“Shocked at how busy this place was at 1:06 pm with 4 people deep in line but cashier Lorie was taking our order in about 2 minutes! My name was called for the 2 combos we ordered while I was grabbing my drink & Arby's sauce, AMAZING....! Don't judge a truck stop because you'll be pleasantly surprised with this dual brand. “I recently had to change my diet to gluten free. I visited Jersey Mikes because I heard their gluten free subs were delicious. I had the absolute best experience. When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.) The whole team is obviously trained really well. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for not making it feel like an inconvenience, and going above and beyond to serve me. I will be a customer for life.“

“This sonic is great when it comes to quality of food, speed of service, and customer service. But the parking lot sucks, it’s confusing and feels incredibly cramped. Almost every time I come here someone almost hits me while we’re leaving. I get options are limited there, but maybe some way to update the parking lot to make it flow better and look nicer would be nice.“

“Stopped by this Sonic and had a great experience! The employees were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The inside was clean, organized, and well taken care of, which made for a great first impression.

Our food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. I also wasn't sure what drink I wanted, and Kristine took the time to help me and suggested a few options based on what I like. The recommendation was perfect!

Meal 1: Classic Smashed Jack Combo

The food was pretty good! The fries needed to be cooked just a bit longer. I feel they had to much salt and needed to be cooked just 30 to 60 seconds longer to give them more of a crunch. They were limp. The burger was perfectly done! The bun was good however as I feel the bun really makes the burger, nothing about it sets itself apart from other places to eat. I ordered ahead using the app. Make sure to do that! The app provides some awesome deals!! My food was ready when I arrived. It was for sure hot and freshly done. For a fast food place, I'd go here over McDonalds for sure.

The building was in a great spot. Parking was easy. The building was clean including the bathroom. For the bathroom, I'd suggest something that smells nice. While it was clean, a fresh scent would provide a different level of comfort. If the bathroom is clean, you can expect the same for every other place in the facility.

Summary: I feel there could be some small improvements however over all I really enjoyed my first visit to Jack in the Box! Thank you!!“

I don’t expect much from fast food these days, since a lot of places have gone downhill, but this location delivered a really solid experience, it was better than I expected. I’d definitely return.“
