“I Google good lunch in Midlothian and this popped up. My daughter and I tried it and it was delicious. I tried the southern one and my daughter tried the one with cranberries. (Can't remember the names)
The young lady that helped us at the register was super nice and allowed me to try a certain bread and chicken salad before I purchased. That was very nice.
It was a great place and I look forward to going again.“

“Still the best roasted chicken. The special is served with onions and corn tortillas. The special also has rice and beans with red or green sauce. If you want chips they will add one or two small bags. The green sauce is perfect on a taco or chips. Don't miss this chicken.“

“I am visiting my daughter in Mansfield. I first tried bb.q Chicken here at my daughter’s months ago. I was hooked. Ruined! I live in San Antonio. Tried the 3 locations in San Antonio. Just not the same! Just couldn’t seem to get it right!! When I got here in Mansfield last night, I let my daughter know I wasn’t leaving till I hit some of that crispy, gooey juicy bb.qChicken pure delicious goodness!!

So today, 5/5/26 my daughter asked me where would I like her to take me for Mother’s Day… She was going to take me anywhere I wanted to go… Well… bb.qChicken of course! So at 6:37 pm we landed up at the 3030 E Broad Street in Mansfield. When we walked in we were greeted by two of the sweetest guys. We found out their names were Nate and Kenji.

We ordered some boneless chicken, sweet potato fries, steamed rice and cheese sticks. As I understand, Nate tossed our chicken himself… On my first bite, I knew I had gotten exactly what I had been dreaming of! There it was! That crispy, gooey, juicy bb.qChicken pure delicious goodness!! They were so perfectly coated! Tasted just like LOVE!!

Kenji and Nate were the epitome of great customer service! They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They made great recommendations and their recommendations were spot on! The sweet potato fries and cheese sticks were hot, fresh, crispy and pure deliciousness! Kudos to the cook also! Kenji and Nate treated us like valued guests! I WILL be returning before I leave back to San Antonio!!“

Service gets a 4 because I had to wait a little bit more than 10 minutes after they took payment - I prefer knowing that there's a wait before they take my money so I can decide if I'm willing to wait the extra time.

Got some of the best employees you're gonna find in the DFW area. “People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. “I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“Food is good but upset because once I got home I notice the side of grilled nuggets I ordered and paid for wasn’t in my bag and it’s raining and don’t want to drive back usually I don’t check the back because chick fil is usually good with making sure you everything was there so it was disappointing to discover part of my order was missing.“
