“This place has been here for a little over 1 year. It's across the street from Mansfield High School. They serve the usual bb.q Chicken and have about 8-10 flavors to choose from. The place is huge, has seating, very clean. My 1st time at this location. There is one in Dallas close to Kings Spa that I always went to & this franchise is all over Los Angeles. I always get the Galbi or Honey Garlic flavored boneless chicken. Would definitely return 🤗“

“Still the best roasted chicken. The special is served with onions and corn tortillas. The special also has rice and beans with red or green sauce. If you want chips they will add one or two small bags. The green sauce is perfect on a taco or chips. Don't miss this chicken.“

“My favorite spot in town. Its always clean in there. The food is always hot and fresh. And at a price you can't argue with. I love the different varieties of food you can get like sausage on a stick, fried pickles, gizzards and okra im telling you they have alot to choose from. “I order from this Chick-fil-A very frequently due to having an autistic child, so consistency is extremely important for our family. While most of our orders are correct, there have been a few frustrating times like sauces being left out completely or a breakfast burrito tortilla being hard. Since I know the app order itself is correct, those moments can be disappointing having to go back through the traffic since it's difficult coming and going with their layout at this location.
That said, Brandon and Logan are outstanding managers. They are always professional, kind, and quick to correct the situation without hesitation. Their customer service truly makes a difference and is the reason we continue to come back. Overall, 9 times out of 10 our order is correct, and with a team this large, perfection every single time isn’t realistic. The leadership Brandon and Logan provide is exactly what great management should look like.“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. The food was wonderful as always. Thank you to everyone. Bless you all.“

“I am extremely impressed. 4 piece Catfish, fries, pickles and pepper. It was incredible. While waiting on my order, they had Martin Lawrence on the set. Funny. That time I spent there 10min was fantastic. The food was just right and not over cooked. It was fluffy, seasoned very well. They know. I'm coming back real soon. Bet that.“

“Went to this Chick Fil A this afternoon and had the best service by a worker there named Josué! He was so attentive and genuinely so happy to see us. It was only a drive thru quick interaction but he greeted us very well and made the experience so welcoming. He even packed our bags and brought it to us and of course he did not forget to tell us my pleasure :) !! Would definitely go again knowing that the workers are this nice!“

In a world where fast food service is often rushed or impersonal, Philip stands out as a truly rare kind of employee: one who takes pride in his work, genuinely cares about the customer experience, and goes the extra mile with a smile that makes you feel like more than just another order number.
From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I noticed how attentively Philip was interacting with every guest he encountered. He had a calm, composed demeanor, but you could also see how much positive energy he brought to the space. He greeted everyone warmly—using eye contact, a friendly tone, and addressing guests with “sir” and “ma’am” in a way that felt natural and respectful, not robotic or forced. It’s little things like that which make a huge difference.
When it was my turn to order, Philip welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm. He didn’t just rattle off the menu or try to rush me through—I could tell he was actually listening, making suggestions where appropriate, and ensuring I had everything I needed. I asked a few questions about some of the seasonal items, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to describe the differences and even shared what some of the more popular choices were that day. He had clearly taken the time to learn not just the products but how to guide guests to the best experience possible.
Once I placed my order, I noticed that Philip didn’t just hand off the next task to someone else—he actually followed through. He made sure my order was accurate, double-checked the packaging, and even brought it to my table personally. But it didn’t stop there. A few minutes later, he came back around to check on me—not in an intrusive way, but just enough to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even offered to refill my drink and asked if I needed any sauces or condiments. He did all of this with the same calm, courteous, and upbeat attitude that made the whole experience feel genuinely personal.
It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency the way Philip does. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was owning it. You could see how much pride he took in representing Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, respect, and service excellence. Honestly, if I were in a position to hire for customer service training or team leadership, I would try to recruit Philip on the spot. He’s exactly the kind of person who makes a brand stronger by living out its mission in everyday interactions.
This kind of outstanding service is something I’ll remember, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue to return to this Chick-fil-A location. Thank you sir for your service, support and hospitality. I believe when people get it right the least you can do is let them know. “Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today and was impressed as always. The line was long, but they moved it fast — those drive-thru folks are pros. The chicken sandwich was crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and I love how the staff always greet you like they actually mean it. The lemonade tasted extra fresh too. Fun fact: they hand-stretch their dough for biscuits daily. I’d give my visit a 10/10 for kindness and flavor.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Slim Chickens! We came here tonight for the first time. It was a pre-pandemic experience! The salt and pepper was out. All the napkins and lids and straws and plastic ware. Everything other places now hoard behind the counter and grumble to give you… Slim Chickens gives you! And with a smile!! Great great place.“

“Today I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick today. First of all, the service was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I like chicken salad, but this was different. This was sooooo good. I got the southern style, I can't remember exactly what it was called, but southern was in the name. It was so rich and creamy. I got it on the wheat bread, but next time I think I will try the croissant. My side was a cup of loaded potato soup. It was good too. Thank you Chicken Salad Chick for a great lunch, I will definitely be back!“
