When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. “Excellent experience at this KFC in Midlothian! The restaurant is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast.

And I have to mention the music! Hearing The Temptations and the Bee Gees while enjoying your food is such a great touch. It takes you right back to the music of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. Great food, great service, and great music it honestly makes you want to stay a little longer and come back again.
