Very friendly, clean and always gets no no ice diet dr pepper correct. Red Oak always adds ice.
Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful chick-fil-a team at this location! We had a little incident where I unfortunately didn’t read the sign about the dining area being closed. I didn’t read the sign until after my husband dropped me off (he had to run into another store) and drove away with my cellphone 😂 both the management team and the drive-thru team was so super helpful! Chick-fil-A is a busy restaurant with long lines, but the service is always top-level, with courteous, fast, and super-friendly staff. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The food is always fresh and delicious, delivered quickly, and the employees are kind, professional, and have excellent manners. This location is very clean and welcoming, with quality food and ingredients. The drive-thru runs smoothly and the service never feels rushed, even during busy hours. It is clear the team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail from clean tables to warm interactions.
