Hey, it's Chick-fil-A.Yes, the food was great!I have dined at many Chick-fil-A locations through the years and have yet to have a bad meal or bad service. Very consistent fast food restaurant chain.
Came in as I do every week to get a large mango passion sweet tea for my self and my child only to be told they don't do that nor have they ever!!!!! Really!! I have visited multiple locations and never been told they don't do large in their sweet tea until now. Contacted the ennis location and was told they did previously but now they no longer have the option too on the app or instore. Now for almost the exact price I would pay for a large 36 ounce cup, I get a 16 to 20 ounce cup. No thank you!!! Very disapointed in the way Chick-fil-A is running their business, ill be finding a new facility thats consistent with there prices and honest with their customers. I'm not sending my autistic child into an unnecessary meltdown because their drink isn't "their normal drink, in their normal cup"...On a side note, the "manager of the store was not very friendly about the situation"Definitely not what I expected from a Chick-fil-A

Can't believe they have narrowed their drive thru to one lane, while giving mobile app users the whole other lane which was virtually empty. It slowed the service considerably. Can't believe they are trying to force customers to go to mobile use. Just lost my drive thru business.

Good was great but they really need to redo the floors in the play area really musty in there I know it's because of the material they used on the floors but after they did the new drive through the play scape could use an upgrade or remodeling tooKid-friendliness: Kids love the play scape, but this mom couldn't get over the smell. I feel like the next upgrade to the restraunt should be the play scape it needs some much needed deep cleaning or remodeling

Saw a huge cockroach walking through the dining area. Floors are sticky and booths are greasy.

The drive thru flow is terrible. The regular drive thru line is so long that it blocked the mobile app line. While waiting to do the mobile line, I almost got hit by a car trying to get into the parking lot. I went inside where I got questioned why I didn’t do it right.

They were pit of the yogurt parfsit, but didn't know until I was supposed to get my food. That made me sad, but it was no one's fault. Otherwise, everything was fine.
