Order food thru the app and got there and half of what I ordered they didn’t have any and my options was nothing I wanted very disappointed!!! And they make you go through the app to cancel your order which is a long process which made it more difficult
Ms. K was real nice, respectful and courteous, thank you for the great experience.
Excellent experience at this KFC in Midlothian! The restaurant is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast.
And I have to mention the music! Hearing The Temptations and the Bee Gees while enjoying your food is such a great touch. It takes you right back to the music of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. Great food, great service, and great music it honestly makes you want to stay a little longer and come back again.

KFC offers a chicken tender meal with two sides and eight pieces of dark meat for $73, although some customers find the price high. The service is praised for friendly and helpful staff, with reports of a great experience from recent diners. The restaurant has strange hours but remains a popular choice for diners. Some customers have mentioned issues with food quality, such as overcooked biscuits, but many appreciate the fresh and hot food. The friendly cooks and team members have made visits enjoyable, and the staff has been recognized for their good service, especially during the drive-through. Overall, KFC continues to be a favorite spot for delicious meals.
