Good evening, I came to this location at Midlothian 910 E Main St Subway tonight (Jan 23 8pm) I went with my mother who made a very large scene and yelled at both employees over almost nothing. I would like to personally apologize to specificly the two employees, a sweet man and young woman for her behavior. Both employees were very respectful, reasonable, and professional. At 1:20pm today you had three customers walk out because we could hear people playing in the back while one person was upfront helping others. Then when it was my time to order she completely ignored the line and walked away. I was planning on ordering 3 sub meals that's about 40-50$ you just lost out on.

Haven't been here in awhile so my wife and I stopped by today. The only thing better than the food was the amazing service. Jaden was super helpful and knowledgeable not to mention patient with us as we rediscovered the menu lol. We will definitely be going back soon and we hope she's our server next time too!
