I had to change my rating from 4 stars to 2. Twice we have gotten overly greasy chicken, and the pricing is just ridiculous for what you get. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the fries did have a good flavor. It will be a long time before we try KFC again.

I asked if the tenders were fresh at 12:00 pm noon and she told me yes. I get my food and the tenders are stale and dry. I was only given 2 sauces for 5 tenders ??. The lady at the counter was in a rush to get me out of her store. I heard her not greet the next customer with hello. She said “ here or Togo”

They are rude,no customer service skills. Most of the time they don't have chicken ready and tell you you'll have to wait 30 mins for chicken to be ready... How you going to be a KFC with no chicken. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave.

I gave KFC at this location a 2nd try. Still horrible service. Today the drive-thru lady wasn't as friendy as you would think you suppose to be when working with customers at the drive-thru. No smile, no nothing. No even a hello. She needs more training on her customer service skills when being at the window. My God, how you gonna give 8 wings with one sauce. SMH, and not even try to offer me a reciept. At least ask the customer would they like to have their reciept. SMH
This location is always closed with the most random hours. What fast food restaurant closes during prime dinner time? 8:30 is still dinner time. Plus the hours posted on the door says 9:00pm for closing which is still too early. Then no employees in sight or bother to even say they are closed when waiting at the drive thru. Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if this location is closed for good soon. This is the 3rd time we tried to grab food and it's always closed.

Awful place. I love KFC but I HATE Midlothian, TX KFC. For the THIRD time on an early Friday (7:40 p.m.) evening I tried to order nuggets. For the THIRD time I was told they weren’t available because they had already shut the cookers down and they refused to prepare the food for me, even though I told them I would wait. To add to it the staff is incredibly rude. Stale food. Poor service. Bad attitude. Zero customer service. I’m done.

Im usually a regular at this location. Today was by far the worst experience I've had. I ordered 3 different plates. 1 for myself and 2 for my coworkers. When we got the food. It was obvious that it was old and had been sitting out. Fries were dark and tough the oil hasn't been changed. Biscuits were hard and dry. I ordered original chicken and it was burnt beyond belief. It was not edible. The store manager began to argue with me about the condition of the chicken. I will not being going back and I would like to warn people about the quality of the food as well as the unprofessional service that was displayed to me today.
