“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 Experience! I recently visited Wicked Chicken in Red Oak, and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing 100/10! When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. Her positive attitude left a lasting impression and is one of the main reasons I’ll be back. Great food and exceptional customer service from Brooklyn. Keep up the great work!“

After getting my order wrong twice and driving back to the KFC three times. “First time i have ever ordered at speaker most times there is someone standing in the drive taking order. Girl at window was in a hurry to something else other than make sure my order was correct.
It wasnt and on top of that no condiments, utensils or napkins made for a very disgruntled dinner“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“Food is always hott and fresh!!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. The food was wonderful as always. Thank you to everyone. Bless you all.“

“I am extremely impressed. 4 piece Catfish, fries, pickles and pepper. It was incredible. While waiting on my order, they had Martin Lawrence on the set. Funny. That time I spent there 10min was fantastic. The food was just right and not over cooked. It was fluffy, seasoned very well. They know. I'm coming back real soon. Bet that.“

“I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

So with this feeling of nostalgia I decided to see if Hall's had endured the test of time....
