“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 Experience! I recently visited Wicked Chicken in Red Oak, and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing 100/10! When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. Her positive attitude left a lasting impression and is one of the main reasons I’ll be back. Great food and exceptional customer service from Brooklyn. Keep up the great work!“

“The Management at this Particular KFC work hard to make sure your order is correct. If you have any issues ask for one the managers. After getting my order wrong twice and driving back to the KFC three times. “I go here almost every Wednesday after church and have had one problem. One time the ketchup machine was squirting mach 10 and I got ketchup all over my Dallas cowboys hoodie ,it wasn't their year 😑 😂. The service is really good almost all the workers are nice. It's not super busy. The food is good but canes has always made me feel bloated for some reason 🤷‍♂️“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“Delicious! I stopped by to pick up some food on my way home and was trying somewhere new. Man! Am I glad I did. As a business owner, service is one the things that helps places stand out for good or bad. And I have to say, the service I received here was one of the best. Highly recommended!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “I am extremely impressed. 4 piece Catfish, fries, pickles and pepper. It was incredible. While waiting on my order, they had Martin Lawrence on the set. Funny. “Went to this Chick Fil A this afternoon and had the best service by a worker there named Josué! He was so attentive and genuinely so happy to see us. It was only a drive thru quick interaction but he greeted us very well and made the experience so welcoming. “Hall's Chicken is just as much a staple in Dallas as Rudy's.... Going by here took me all the way back to 2001 with the Footaction crew and sending up orders.... So with this feeling of nostalgia I decided to see if Hall's had endured the test of time.... I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and professional Tracie who seemed like a Hall's Chicken Oracle the way she knew her numbers and prices; very impressive. And their Supervisor, Cristal had the most bubbly personality and both had warm, inviting smiles to go with the flair they had going. I had me a 2 piece white and my God the smell was Heavenly. Like the kid opening his present for the Red Rider BB gun, after receiving my food I expeditiously parked and ate my food. It's rare you have a chicken place where even the breast was juicy.... Everything hit its mark, followed by a Sprite. Thank you Hall's for the trip down memory lane and the reassurance that y'all will always be the same....“

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“
