“Ordered some fish and sides in the drive through. Employees were super nice and the food was incredible. Service gets a 4 because I had to wait a little bit more than 10 minutes after they took payment - I prefer knowing that there's a wait before they take my money so I can decide if I'm willing to wait the extra time.
But again, the food was delicious and the employees are super nice“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Placed an order through DoorDash...Literally had to place another order for pick up for my sister! 😂 Very good! Not over or under seasoned. Very tasty! The gentlemen that helped with my pick up order were very friendly. I didn't have trouble parking today but I can see the parking as a challenge on busier days.“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.
Overall, it was a great meal with excellent service, and I’d definitely come back again. Thanks to Natalie and the team for providing such a smooth experience!“

The group there tonight moved fluently and everyone understood their assignment and/or role. Exceptional service like this makes me choose to slow down, sit in and enjoy my meal. “Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system. But now I have nothing to eat for lunch.“

“First Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen that does walk around service. They offered me refills, mints and were very respectful and friendly. A great environment for your family to enjoy. There is a wo default kids play area , I come in and bring my laptop and my kids play for hours. They have great seating options. They keep the place clean and they have a lot of younger kids who work there but they work hard and are very respectful. Truly impressive and by far my favorite location to go.“

Although my order is normally large, no one is upset that they have to make such a big order early in the morning. I have a lot of respect for the team at this location. All the napkins and lids and straws and plastic ware. Everything other places now hoard behind the counter and grumble to give you… Slim Chickens gives you! And with a smile!! Great great place.“
