“I frequent this store often. I have always received great service. I usually order online & Morgan ensures my order is right every time! She is always friendly, smiling, and very courteous. I do not like ice in my drink, and sometimes I would like to split up & separate the original from the crispy. I would like to be able to specify this before placing my order. Just a suggestion, but if a "special instructions" section were added to the payout screen, that would be awesome. But by now (I'm a frequent guest), Morgan and a couple of other ladies there are now familiar with the "no ice" and always get it right. Great food, great service & cheerful customer service.“
“All Chick-fil-As are amazing but this one was exceptional. The manager and all the employees were the best. I had my hands full with a toddler while roadtripping and they went above and beyond to assist me and make it easy as possible for me while we were inside their location. I really can’t say enough good things about the level of service they provided, without me even asking. If I could come back to this Chick-fil-A I would every time. Thank y’all!“
