“Everytime we're in Corsicana we visit this Church's Chicken location! Our visit today 11/12/24 (around 1pm) was excellent! The lady at the front desk has amazing customer service skills. She greeted us upon entry and got our food ready really fast during our dine-in visit. She even took time to separate our spicy chicken from the regular chicken and put it in separate box for our toddler. The chicken was hot and fresh! The sweet tea was awesome! Love this place. Please keep up the great work guys! Thank you for your service yesterday!“

“The dinner was very good, they forgot our Mac and cheese, but all we had to do was tell them and we got it. The tea was spoiled and the sprite kind of didn't have enough syrup in it, but overall the service, food, and atmosphere were great.“

“Awesome story about the character of the Corsicana store manager, Ms. Skylar!
This evening, which happened to be a cooler fall night in November with a chilly drizzle, I ordered the usual delicious 4-finger with Layne’s sauce from the drive-thru.
The cashier innocently forgot to hand my card back after paying. So I pulled around and went inside to get my card back. Got the card!
Walk back out to go home and enjoy my Layne’s meal…and my keys are locked in my car.
Ms. Skylar, the manager, heard of my situation and graciously offered her assistance and the resources she had to help me- a stranger. She grabbed a screw-driver, pliers, and the handle off an old 5-gallon bucket and we figured out together how to unlock my car.
It took many tries, and keep in mind it was raining, breezy, dark, and 7pm on a Friday night so it wasn’t quite a walk in the park. She had a great attitude the entire time, but the best part was to see her give up herself and her comfort to help a stranger. She could’ve easily just called a locksmith and sent me back outside, but she decided to stand out in the cold rain with a stranger and help me unlock my car. That’s true leadership - to lower and humble yourself to become the servant of others. I was greatly impacted by her character and actions.
Thank you, Ms. Skylar, for modeling leadership for me, your employees, and your employer.
Layne’s chicken fingers are great, but the people are even better! God bless you!“
