This is my first time eating Chicken Express. I drive a tractor trailer and had to stop due to running out of time. The customer service was great, the store was fairly clean & the price was decent. The guy at the register was kinda chill 😎. The only bad part, to me, is, I ordered jalapeño poppers and it’s not worth the money. I got 3 poppers for $3.24 with tax. First time trying Chicken Express ever. I was just looking for something quick. Ending up shocking the hell outta of me how good the food is. I will definitely be back.
Do yourself a favor and just stick with Chicken Express if you stop here. DO NOT waste your money on that stuff they call BBQ. That meat ain't went nowhere near a damn BBQ pit. The roasted chicken and THOSE ROLLS at Chicken Express are to die for.

Chicken Express receives mixed feedback from customers. One reviewer says to stick with Chicken Express and not waste money on that stuff they call BBQ, adding that the roasted chicken and THOSE ROLLS are to die for. A different customer warns to check your order before you leave because service is beyond slow, even with plenty of people behind the counter and food on the ready trays. This person ordered a number 2, spicy - 7 tenders, fries, gravy, roll and a corn on the cob, but got 5 tenders, no roll and no corn on the cob, and the corn turned into corn nuggets. Another notes food was good but service was below standards, though they will still go back. One customer mentions a young lady who was kind with her words and did everything with a smile.
